    Just as good as all the other movies in the Lord of the Rings series. The 3D is wonderful!

    The action picks up. Extended edition is worth the pick up. Excellent sleeve packaging.

    While not as great as the original trilogy, these movies are pretty darn good. The additional 3d content makes it even more amazing to watch. I highly recommend the upgrade to 3d

    I was so happy that this DVD wasn't as blurry as the first release. The action scenes and special effects were great. Smaug looked amazing, and was well acted as well. I enjoyed it.

    Very good follow to the first Hobbit movie.. story was well done and graphics/CGI etc were awesome. Movie is long but never seems to drag and sets it up for the next movie very well.
