My son really liked it and my daughter and I did, as well. Carries on in the tradition of the other good movies in the series.

I actually haven't gotten to watch this yet so I'm hoping it's good. I loved all the other Lord of the Rings movies though

Great cinematography as always, great scenery but the move is a bit slow in the story line. Would recommend it to every body.

This movie is really entertaining. It continues where the first movie left off. Its builds the tension for the 3rd movie.

Wonderful prequel to watch with the family. If you enjoy the lord of the rings movies you will not be upset with this one.

Overall, the storyline was a little slow. Seemed to drag on. But, the special effects made it worth watching!!!

Good plot, effects and acting, but stretched out tremendously to make 3 moves from one. Still, overall very entertaining.

Got a new house. Been wanting to watch several movies by myself. This was on the list. Do not regret.
