A good movie although it does drag a bit in spots. Overall a worthy addition to the LOTR canon

The movie feels very slow at times for a movie that is so long. It also leaves a lot to be desired when comparing the special effects to the previous 4 movies... Except for Smaug. Also the cliffhanger kind of felt a little like a TV show rather than a movie type cliffhanger. Was a little disappointed at the end and not in the way that made really care about the next movie.

Fast shipping, arrived in great shape, played well. Jackson is a remakable filmmaker...visually amazing film.

Very pleased with the way the 3D turned out. Most movies don't get the 3D transfer right but this looks great

Still kinda upset they divided the book into 3 movies, but I'm enjoying the story proceeding via the movies.

I like that the format was both Blu-ray and DVD together as appose to one or the other along with Digital.

Turning 1 book into 3 movies is probably a bit beyond what was necessary. It's beautiful to look at, and if you enjoyed the other LOTR movies, you'll still probably enjoy this. I don't think this movie will be appreciated until all 3 films are released and you can kind of put them together. As of right now, it's just a filler movie.....Everything has to be a trilogy.

The Hobbit movies are a must have in blu-ray format. In my opinion, this one is better than the first.

Great movie. Jackson did well. Display stand, when found, was large and obvious it was selling the movie.

Being shot in New Zealand in combination with excellent cinematography makes it beautiful movie to watch!
