Peter Jackson once again with another good entry in the story of Middle Earth. The 3D Bluray looks great!

I enjoyed this immensely. I think Peter Jackson did a marvelous job with all of the Tolkein stories.

This movie was amazing and full of action. They did a great job of producing and directing the movie.

This movie, in addition to the first part, are a wonderful retelling of the Lord of the Rings prequel.

Although I found some rather slow and boring. I found the movie entirety of the movie entertaining.

The story is fast paced. No slow points to bore you while you wait for it to continue. Lots of action.

its a shame that this was done in three parts it was only meant to be two movie prequel but gullermo del toro decided to produce Dont be afraid of the dark insted of directing the hobbit oh also puss in boots whatever waste of time oh well lot more talking then action thats for sure most people around the world know middle earth just give us action thats all

The second in the trilogy. Just as good if not better than the first. I can't wait for the third one.

I wait to purchase Titles in the Hobbit Series until they are released in the Extended Versions.

Overall I enjoy the Lord of the Ring movies more, but the Hobbit movies are enjoyable.

Bought this for my husband and 11 year old son they have all the LOTR series and they love this too

The book, "The Hobbit," was a single book, and not that lengthy. But Hollywood has seen fit to make three movies out of it; much too long. Also, the story of the hobbit precedes that of the story of the Lord of the Rings trilogy (which was three books made into three movies, funny how that works), and, consequently, should have been made first. Does this remind you of Star Wars where we get to the ending before we get to the beginning? If I hadn't read the books I probably would not have invested in the movies. Or, maybe it is the other way around. Maybe the books influenced the way I felt about the movie. Don't listen to me - make up you own mind!
