    If you read the book and loved it liked it even, you will be disappointed. Why Peter Jackson felt it was necessary to rewrite the book in it's entirety is beyond me. Other than names and places there is little resemblance. The performances are good,the visuals are great. I just wanted more of the spirit of the book.
