Blu ray quality extended move love the hobbit moves

Amazing movie in 3-D! I'm so thrilled they finally put it out. Now if we can just convince them that the Lord of the Rings series needs to be in 3-D!

The Hobbit is a classic in and of itself! This movie continues to inspire your imagination and bring the wonderful world of J.R.R. Tolkien to the forefront of one's mind!!!

great extended edition of the movie, 3d blu rays are rare so that was a plus too, good quality

This was by far the best movie I have seen recently. It has a lot of action and great acting in it. It is one of those movies that you can sit and watch over and over again

The 3d is very well done in this. I perferred this movie just slightly over the original movie. I also perfer this over the extended verison, I felt it has better flow.

This was a good movie. I had not seen it in the theater so I was looking forward to watching it. This is also the first 3D movie that I have watched on my new Samsung TV. The 3D was pretty neat. I did not know exactly what to expect and was happy with the depth that the 3D added to the film.

With the added minutes on these already good films you are in for a great ride. These characters are interesting and the story telling is great.

Very enjoyable and acting is very well done and along with the New Zealand scenery is an enjoyable time. Only negative is the stretching out of a short book into 3 movies.

I'm a fan of The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings. Besides the movie being great I got a collectors item that was, after looking around a bit, only available at Best Buy!!!

I'm really enjoying these movies alot. The graphics and effects are awsome. The story is really good too. It's nice seeing a different side of the Lord of the rings story.

The movie "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" was a very entertaining sequel to the first installment of the trilogy. I watched the blu-ray version and it was beautiful.

I was not really a fan for the lord of the ring movies but after watching these hobbit movies I am now interested in them.

The movie continues the story line of this epic adventure with lots of action, but it could build-up its characters a little bit better and have a little bit more romance.

The whole Lord of the rings trilogy is great. I'm glad we own it I can't wait for the third movie to come out. Great quality on the Blu-ray as well and we love the extras!

You just can't beat new DVD release pricing at Best Buy, plus you earn reward zone points for each purchase. I will not buy new releases from anywhere other than Best Buy.

I am a huge fan of the extended cut. So many little things added to the movie that made it a much more enriching experience. I enjoyed this film and the series so far.

I have this entire collection of movies. My family and friends have enjoyed many hours of family time watching and and watching overland over again.. Very exciting movie.
