I was very excited when this movie was made. I got the movie the day it was released and , was very happy with the way it was done.

This is such a good movie. Enjoy this story line more than the Lord of the Rings, which was good too. But I enjoy this one more.

Excellent middle chapter in the Middle Earth trilogy from Peter Jackson. A lot of extra footage. Also the 3D was top notch.

beautiful scenery and special effects and a strong story makes for great entertainment. can't wait for final movie of this trilogy.

Spiders? A dragon? And sore feet? Who cares about back again when you shouldn't have gone there in the first place?

Love the movie, I've been a fan of the Hobbit when I was a kid when it was a cartoon, now it's a movie and my kids love it as well.

Can't say it wasn't worth a purchase but when you have significant other who loves this stuff you can't say it wasn't worth it.

Absolutely love this version, great film. Love the packaging as well, looks great and not cheaply thrown together.

Finally we get to see Smaug! Kind of worth the wait, Smaug was epic, really nailed it on the big screen. They did still have some goofy dwarf CGI sequences but I think this was better than the first. More action. Plus elves. Plus SMAUG!!

Peter Jackson has done it again! The effects are amazing! Blu-Ray makes it look incredible & the digital copy is an added bonus :)

purchased both Hobbit movies for my daughter for Christmas. She has seen both but I'm waiting to see the 2nd one with here soon

It's the middle movie in the Hobbit triology. Great action scenes and great little side plots. But you know it was going to end with a "to be continued" feeling. Its the way it works. Excellent addition to the Middle Earth saga though.

Classic movie! The special effects are awesome! Tolkien is a master storyteller! You'll love it!

A definite must watch. I waited to buy this movie for the extended version and I'm not at all disappointed. Highly recommended!

This is the second installment in the trilogy, It binds the movie together for the final epic movie. Highly recommend this move!!!

I loved this movie so much I would recommend it to all J.R.R Tolken fans out there. It is a lot better then the first Hobbit flim.

Great movie that keeps the story moving from The Journey. Back story of the Elves was great. Can't wait for the final installment!
