The desolation of smaug is one of the best hobbit movies made.It has more of what the last movie lacked,better pacing,action,plot!

The 3D, 2D Blu-Ray, DVD, Digital Copy version is the only way to go here... The most bang for your buck and a great movie to boot!

I really enjoyed this bluray, it looks amazing on my HDTV and the 3D is great, I will never tired of watching this type of movies.

The extended edition is much better than the released version that hit theaters. Sure they added in the Pale Orc and two Elves not in the book, but that doesn't take away from a good movie. Not quite Lord of the Rings, but what is?

This movie is non-stop action from beginning to end. The special effects, the set pieces, the characters all come together to make this film an absolute entertaining delight. I cant wait to see hoe the trilogy ends. Highly recommended.

Great movie with multiple formats. Since we don't have a blu ray player yet, that feature came in handy! Great price as well!

This second installment of "The Hobbit" is a great representation of the book. The filming and the way it put together is great!
