A Good enjoyable Movie that follows the book better than many other movies. The dragon was great as was the fight in the cavern.

Well done continuation of the story. Peter Jackson is still the Tolkien master. Just wish he could have done all of them sooner.

I purchased this in October when it was on a special sale -- it will be a wonderful gift for the Hobbit fans in my household!

Lord of the Rings was better :) the hobbit and part 2 were ok but had long sections of zzzzzzzzzzzzzz sleep ( boring ) at times.

If you enjoyed the Lord of the Rings series, then you will enjoy the Hobbit series. This is the second movie in the series.

Great sequel to the first Hobbit. Lots of action. Tauriel's character was a good addition. Friends who never saw the Lord of the Rings series of the previous Hobbit movie before liked this movie very much. Excited for the last movie!

It's a great movie for the entertainment value. It has the book elements but it goes off with new characters and such which doesn't follow the book at all. I still watch it because I'm a fan of the this type of movie as well as book.

I love all the hobbit series, best parts are the action scenes with the barrells and the dragon at the end. Seemed like not much in between though. Hopefully setting up for the last movie with the charater interactions from this one.

The second in Peter Jackson's Hobbit trilogy is a poorly paced and overly lengthy as it jumps from one amazing set piece to another. It could have easily been 45 minutes shorter, or been designed to complete the series in two movies.

A great price for a great movie!!! Extended scenes are a good addition to the story. And the extras are fun and interesting!

From the graphics , to the superb acting, talented costume design, this well-written saga is a must see!!

Excellent portrayal enhancing the story of Middle Earth, new characters but entwined to make the story line flow in the movies.

I loved the first movie in this series, and I loved this one just as much, if not more! Can't wait until the next one comes out
