I absolutely love Peter Jackson's take on Middle-Earth. He took a simple story and made it breathtakingly epic!

This was just as good as all of the LOTR movies and the last Hobbit movie as well. I can't wait for the next one!

Much like LOTR, the movies seem to get better as the series goes on. I hope the third installment is even better.

I'm a huge LOTR fan and Hobbit is definitely in the category for me. I love the story line and the visual effects!

This sequel captures the magical quality the fantasy requires especially the big spiders. Most people dislike the CGI but this is a fantasy movie. Cliffhanger ending and I can't wait until the next movie comes out.

Blueray plus digital is everything I needed. 3 discs full of awesome extras and this great movie!

This blu ray accurately reflected the film as it was shown in theaters. There wasn't one part where I said "when was this onscreen?" ( except maybe when I stepped out to use the bathroom) that part seemed new to me.

This movie follows the book with additions from some of Tolkien's other works. Definitely a must for Tolkien fans.

Great story. Excellent in 3d. Great special effects, just a little to long if your gonna have kids watch with you.

If you like Lord of the Rings you will like this movie, great cast and great special effects that aren't overdone.

This is a great movie. It has action, adventure and great cinematography. Great movie if you like the LOTR movies.
