    Some how just lacking this grand EPIC scope of the LOTR Trilogy, still amazing fun and great story though.

    I saw this in the theater in 3D IMAX. The home 3D version replicated my amazing experience in the theater.

    After the disappointment with the first Hobbit movie, this one really does a great job redeeming the series. They really cut the filler in order to fit more action. The VFX and sound are outstanding.
