    Desolation of smaug is a good entry in the hobbit series. They added some things to the movie like a pointless love triangle but overall is fun to watch.

    The digital imaging is really amazing. The scenes with the dragon will blow you away.

    Even with non-book plot and additional characters the base storyline was followed with excellent photography & special effects. Smaug, both visually & vocally, was outstanding!
