CAME IN CUT, DENTED & BENT ALL DUE TO POOR CARE & POOR PACKAGING BY YOUR WAREHOUSE SHIPPING DEPARTMENT. STEELBOOKS SHOULD BE SHIPPED IN BOXES ONLY, NOT BAGS!!!!

The first one was lost by the USPS. The second was a mistake and I was sent two LOTR sets. This one is now delayed indefinitely by USPS even though I paid for whatever expedited shipping. Cooooooooooooool beans

Steelbooks are fine, display box extremely dented.

Not quite there with the Assembly...

The case was in great shape. One problem: there was two copies of Fellowship and no copy of Return of the King. Kudos to my local Best Buy for providing a full refund. I hope this doesn't happen to others.

Great movies but Best Buy disappointing as usual

Go figure You also dinged up my lotr steelbook set when it was shipped
