been wanting to get this for a while,blu ray makes a difference,so glad i finally got my hands on this,already watched it 3 times.get a blu ray player,the don't cost that much and they do more than play a dvd. luv this movie,luv,luv,luv it

If you're in the mood to watch a recent action movie with "heart and soul", I recommend Catching Fire. The second installment in the Hunger Games trilogy, it mixes a great story line with excellent action. You won't be disappointed!

THe Hunger Games has hit its stride much like the Twilight and Harry Pooter Series. This sequel is worthy of it's predecessor and only fall short by a clinfhanger endeing that can only be satisfyied by the next movie coming out next year!

I was a little disappointed in the story development. It was slow to move a points and ended weakly. I hope that the third in the series ties it all together. Maybe I just expected a more coherent story line in this second movie. Admittedly, I have not read the books, so my perspective is not knowing what was covered in the second book. Maybe I'll go back and read them.

So I told my 12 year old she could only watch 1/2 of Catching Fire Monday night, and the other half Tuesday as it was a school night. Didn't work out like that as it was too good to turn off. Would recommend for a wide range of audience.

A bit dark in theme, not suitable for all ages. However it's the classic good versus evil plot line. The story has twist and actually has time to do some character building. Overall this is a great movie that I highly recommend watching!

Great movie so the DVD is great. The special Steel packaging only at Best Buy made the point of purchase an easy decision. All the seals on the packages make it harder to open. Sure it cuts theft. It is also difficult on honest buyers.

This is one of my favorite movies from 2013. The action scenes were good and the acting was amazing. I am a fan of the books and the movies were made in a fashion that supported the book well. I would recommend anyone to see this movie.

This is a great movie to watch! I bought this last week, and I have already watched it twice. It has a great story line, and gives you a great cliffhanger at the end. I would recommend seeing the first movie before I picked this one up!

the movie was enjoyable - i find that the price was a little high for just a movie. $17.99 on release day. usually $17.99 would include some behind the scenes extra features but this DVD did not. there may have been some on the blu-ray.

Stunning quality and affects is what you get here in the second movie. The plot thickens with The President and you won't believe how it leaves you wanting the third movie. Philip Seymour Hoffman will be missed greatly in number three.

Our family really enjoyed the 2nd movie in the series. Even after reading the books, the movie was very faithful to the books and brought them to life. The emotion really draws the viewer into the story and you feel for the characters.

I watched both the blu ray and ultra-violet versions - I like the media options that are packaged together. "Catching Fire" is a pretty good adaptation of the book and ends with a very nice set up for the next movie. I can hardly wait!

What's not to love blu-ray, dvd and digital copy for less than twenty bucks. I love Best buy I don't need any other stores or online shopping places. When it comes to electronic devices or entertainment best buy has everything I need.

These movies are Def worthy adaptations of the books. You can't say too much negative without spoiling the novels, but honestly these are superbly done. The second Hunger Games arena brought to life gave me chills, such a great movie!

The show continues the story from the first movie. Wish there had been a little more in the game section, moved to fast, would have liked more of a challenge to figure out what was happening. Was excellent show in all other respects..

This movie had a great story and a great message for young adult to life by. Great second movie for the Hunger Games already looking forward to the third installment. Really enjoyed the new characters to the second Hunger Games movie.

This series of movies are great! Highly entertaining. I strongly suggest that if you haven't seen them yet you should. Read the books also. It will be interesting to see where they take the last movie(s) since the passing of Hoffman.

Love it! This movie is great and I have already watched it 5 times since I bought it. I have read the books and they did a great job of sticking to the book. My husband loves the movies as well, even though he has not read the books.

Very good movie, never read the books but the entire plot from start to finish is great. Picked up right where the first one left off. Stakes are higher than ever and Jennifer Lawrence's performance was flawless. Highly recommended.
