I liked the first movie better, but this one is fine too. I have actually seen it about 4 times and still enjoy it. It is a necessary bridge between the first movie and the ones that follow this movie. LOL the cast has gotten older. If you liked the first movie or the books, I would say get this one too.

I read the books after seeing the first movie, The Hunger Games. The second follows up well but leaves a bit out from the book. If you're into the movies, check out the books for more info.

Wow, they want 50 characters - lol. Well, if you haven't seen the first one, make sure you watch that first. And then buy the second one. It makes you want to know what is going to happen next.

The movie was overall 'good' but like nearly all multi-part movies from books it left several details out that were in the book. Without having read the book I would have been a little confused as to why the plot took certain turns or why certain characters acted as they did. But the cinematography was great!

I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants an exciting, dramatic movie to watch. It kept you interested throughout and was a wonderful way to continue the Hunger Games trilogy.

If you like the books the movie does it justice and is a great adaptation. Great story with lots of action. A worthy addition to any dvd collection that you will enjoy watching more than once.

Catching Fire is an improvement on The Hunger Games in almost every way. The stakes are raised as things turn dark in the Capital. At this rate, Mockingjay: Parts 1 and 2 should be incredible.

Catching Fire is the story line that starts to tie the book series all together. Continuing where The Hunger Games left off it ends wanting you to watch the next movie as soon as you can.

Both of the Hunger Game movies are very, very good. I bought these two together because Best Buy had a great deal on them and both of them came in Steelbooks which made it all the more great!

One of the best films of the year. Quite a steal at this price plus the Steelbook is the icing on the cake. Buy this film today build your Steelbook collection. Can't wait for Mockingjay.

If you like the hunger game series, you'll like this steel book addition of the movie, continuing a year after the first movie this sequel is worth watching to see the story continue. The steelbook is a cool parkage but didn't come with more then the bluray and digital copy, wish it would have had a DVD too.

The second Movie in the collection got you to the edge of your seat. You knew what was going to happen after seeing the first movie, but the ending left you hanging. Can't wait for the third.

While the SB may be exclusive, it also drops the DVD that is included in other releases. IN this day and age, not everyone NEEDS the DVD, but it does feel like you're getting less than others

In the first movie of the Hunger Games, I did not understand the story line as much. But after watching the second part, I now understand what is going on . I can't wait until the third part.

I loved the first movie, but this one is even better! I can watch it over and over again. The plot is excellent and the characters are amazing. I can't wait until the next movie is released.

I read the books, and I'm glad that I did before watching the movies. By reading the book prior, I knew so much more of what was happening. I like how the compassion of the main characters shows through and gives hope that our society will always have kind and caring people, no matter how awful it can get.

Fantastic DVD / Blu-Ray for the entire family! We have boys in middle school who enjoyed the books and loved the movie. Very good acting and great story lines. Jennifer Lawrence was awesome.

I thought this movie was great, followed the book pretty closely but kept things moving so that those who hadn't read the book would still be able to follow along. Can't wait for Mockingjay!

I am truly nuts over the Hunger Games....Novels and Movies...and I cannot explain the attraction! I am 61 years old and just as involved with Katniss and Peeta as my Teenage granddaughters!
