I've read the books and they have done a great job putting everything important in the movies from the books. This was a great start and first movie of four. Can't wait to get the final movie on DVD.

Hunger Games I bought this because my son, loves the books and has become a huge fan, me myself am a HUGE movie fan but The Hunger Games just hasn't caught my full attention like others but it is a good movie.

Great movie! It took me plenty of time to buy it, but as the new movie has just come out, I figured I should complete my series by going back to the original, which is still perhaps the best of the story.

I read all 3 Hunger Games books and was very excited to see this movie! It does a great job bringing the books to life and the movie will keep you on the edge of your seat until the end!

I have really enjoyed the Hunger Games series on book and now the movies. I really like that the steelbook edition comes with a BluRay and a digital copy which is nice. If extras are super important to you this probably isn't the best purchase, but the steelbook case is great to have.

What a great movie , I've wanted to see it since it came out but never had a chance. Once I saw Best Buy was releasing both Hunger Games & Catching Fire with steel books I had to buy them , & I'm glad I did.

The Hunger Games was a good movie, considering that I watched the movie before reading the book. Watching the movie before reading the actual book may leave you asking questions as to why certain things happen in the movie but overall, you won't be that lost if just watching it.

A lot of films that are adapted from books fall short when made. Hunger Games does not have this issue in the slightest. Having access to a digital copy that I can take with me is an added bonus for a $7 DVD.

I bought this movie as a Black Friday purchase. I have seen the movie many times before I bought it and I have read all the books. If anyone is looking for a good action movie, this movie will fit that bill.

A good price for the Hunger Games. I was waiting for the last movie to come out to buy a boxed set, but I was sold on the affordability and the fact that this copy is a blu-ray/dvd/online combo.

This movie truly changed me! I was never one to get excited about movies or fads! however, this one sucked me in, I have read all the books as well. Not to mention I am a HUGE Jennifer Lawrence fan now!!

This is was a great movie. The movie gives you an idea of how the character Katniss is and what she went through. Even though the movie wasn't as thorough as the book, it was still great to see on screen.

This series is best to start with the beginning movies. I originally started with movie 3 & 4 and it didn't make that much sense. This time I watched all 4 of them and it was great.

Kept my interest with the same old characters. Good acting and plausible story considering the first two prequels. The action has slowed but probably being saved for part II. Very likely that Part I&II will be sold together but it is worth the money to purchase Part I.

I was not interested in watching this movie initially because I felt that it was geared towards teens . However so many adults at the job had been talking about the movie I decided to give it a try . I have to admit it was pretty good , good enough to read the book now !

I loved Jennifer Lawrence in this movie. She really makes Katniss come alive. The costumes and dialogue are brilliant and I can't wait to see the sequel.

This is where it all begins. Two people from different districts must continue the killings to honor the Hunger Games to remind them to never rise up against the government. It's all televised and Jennifer Lawrence is awesome, really sets the tone for her solid movie career.

I love movies when I have a chance to watch them. This is an especially good movie with sound, color, picture. but of course the Samsung Smart TV that I bought at Best Buy is awesome to say the least!
