I didn't buy this movie when it was first released because I thought the price was too high. I happend to be in BEST BUY to purchase something else, and noticed that the price was llower for the BlueRay-DVD-Digital version, so I grabbed it and took it with me to the cshier. YEAH!!!

The story really takes off in this installment. We finally get to find out about the other districts and things are really coming to a head. Tensions between the districts and the evil capitol explode and an all out war is born... the bonus extras also make for a great package too.

Best Buy has gotten into the exclusive Steel Book bluray game, and I couldn't be happier. With digital media on the rise, and physical copy needs to offer something unique. If you are like me, then you will love the look and feel of the packaging. And of course the movie is great.

I enjoyed this movie being a Hunger Games fan. If you are not you won't like this one either. This review is more about the packaging. Steelbooks are the way to go when available unless you are really hurting for space.

Mockingjay Pt. 1 was amazing, the series just gets better and better. I read all the books in a week and then the movies came out and they have not disappointed at all. I LOVE that Best Buy comes out with the Steel Book Collections, I have to have them now. Can't wait for part 2.

A great continuation to the Hunger Games film series. Especially noticeable is the Dolby Atmos sound track which provides a 3rd dimension to the sound when you are equipped with Dolby Atmos capable speakers and a Atmos enabled A/V receiver, The action scenes immerse you with rich crisp sound and the dialogue is crystal clear.

This movie is enjoyable despite what some may say. I personally have never read the books, so I can't truly comment on how they differ. However, I will say that if you enjoy movies with action, a good story, and some suspense you should enjoy this. Just don't go into it with the expectation that it will be the greatest movie of all time.

It always amazes me when a movie series is just as good as the book series. This one delivers as well. Although a little slower, the emotion brought out by the characters follows the emotion in the book. Very pleased with the 3rd in the series. Looking forward to the final movie!

Great sequel to the Hunger Games and Catching Fire. Elite actors doing what they do best, pulling the viewer in to feel something. The struggle, the defiance, the resistance, the emotions - all part of watching a good film. *** Movie coming in a steel case is a nice little extra.

This movie transitions from the last two in the series. It gives some insight in to life and what you are willing to fight for to survive and make right. The movie is action packed and keeps you guessing. During some of the scenes, I found myself asking, "Where to they come up with this stuff." Look for the parallels to real day life.

These are such good movies! Looking forward to the next one later this year. This steel case is a great deal, especially since I had some reward certificates to redeem! It has the dvd/Blu-ray/digital copy all included. The price is so reasonable, it's like getting one for FREE!!

A fantastic continuation of the electric "Hunger Games" story, this Best Buy exclusive steelbook will become the highlight of your Blu-Ray collection. A set beautifully designed and full of special features, "Mockingjay" is a must-own for any Hunger Games fan, action fan or movie fan in general. Can't wait to see what part 2 brings us!

First off, this is part of a series. If you haven't seen the previous films (or read the books) you will be hopelessly lost. There is no flashback to bring you up to date. Jennifer Lawrence once again does a good job playing the part of the girl caught between two ideals

This steelbook is not as striking as the previously released best buy exclusive Hunger Games ones. The choice of image is an interesting one given the wide range of publicity material available. Oh well, the completist in me had to have it. And the release week price was right.

having seen this in the theater and not being impressed, i purchased this for my family to watch and to have the set for my collection. after re watching it , it is much better than i remember. i thought it lacked action and was a boring lead up to the final film. i was wrong while not strong it leads into the final film quite nicely.

Having read the books during a long flight and seeing the first two movies I was keen to see the final two films in this series. Have to say this was the best of the bunch for me so far, and is a fantastic setup for a dramatic conclusion! Wish the last part was here already....

Love that it is available on iTunes. Service in the Lubbock store left a lot to be desired. Employee told us checkout was down we must go to customer service. When we got to the line at customer service we looked and he was checking people out. Not sure why we were turned away.

This is a terrific movie. The entire story line is very engaging, and this movie is very well done. I was interested in how the director would incorporate Philip Seymour Hoffman into the picture, and after just a few minutes I forgot all about it. Can't wait for Part 2.

The steel version of this dvd is awesome. It's exclusive to Best Buy and the same price as the dvd/blue ray dvd set. I've bought the other versions of the steel copy for the Hunger Games and it looks awesome in my dvd collection. I love Best Buy thanks for all the exclusives.

I'm going to geek out here for a sec. This Blu-ray his DOLBY ATMOS sound! If you're like me, you don't have an Atmos receiver. No worries. Your existing receiver will ROCK with this movie: I noticed a HUGE difference in clarity compared to the "usual" Dolby Digital HD. Enjoy!
