I objected to the first movie as I had a problem with kids killing kids... story or not. But the latest one has become a movement and a much better story. I look forward to the 4th movie to see how the story ends.

I have Hunger Games and Catching Fire in steelbook, so of course I had to have Mockingjay in steelbook as well. Awesome movie, follows the book well (except for Effie...), and ended where I kinda figured it would.

It's a slow start, but expected since it's split into two movies. I haven't seen Part Two because MSN.com spoiled the ending without warning anyone that there was a spoiler alert. (Also, didn't read the books yet). The Hunger Games is still the best one.

I enjoy movies that have paradoxes wrapped up inside the apparent plot - and this movie does not disappoint. This movie is an escape from reality, which is why I go to movies - to get away from real-world issues.

I love this series and on 4k blu ray it's even more amazing the clarity of the picture is perfect the sound amazing and the overall upgrade from regular blu ray to 4k blu ray is definitely worth it

Outstanding movie but, it helps a lot if you've already seen the other movies in the series. No confusion that way. The Best Buy exclusive Steelbook case is pretty awesome. Pick one up if they're still available.

Was waiting to watch this until the day before the release! Great idea since I had all the info still fresh before watching the last movie in the series. Kept pretty true to the book with very minor changes!

More of the same special effects, plots and acting that made the first two movies so great! I wanted to see what the hype of this series was all about and I was not disappointed. Definitely worth checking out.

This movie is a bit dark, but would be fine for most teenagers. May want to have this as a family night movie and have a little discussion on how to put this movie in perspective with the real world. This movie does have a couple twist and holds your attention.

Great entry to the Hunger Games saga. Was originally worried about them splitting the final book into 2 movies, but this one still feels like a complete tale with solid action. Really enjoyed the steel case too.

Like most people, I was upset that they decided to split the 3rd book in the series into 2 separate movies. But by the end of the movie, the viewers will be ready to see the conclusion with Mockingjay part 2

Another exciting Katniss Everden adventure! Quite different from the original movie, but played well expanding the struggle between the Districts and the Capitol. Spoiler alert: what's happened to Peeta Mellark?

Although is has a slow plot it ends well and definitely sets the stage for Part two! It will be weird not seeing Hoffman in the second part; however it is the Hunger Games and as a result will be very good. I am looking forward for the second part to come out.

We are hooked on the Hunger Games book series at the house, so seeing it in action really adds to the experience. No much has been changed from the book to take away from the story. Can't wait for the next one!

Can be a little slow at times but it's building up to the climax. I have read the books so I know what to expect. I like how they left with a bit of a cliffhanger. Can't wait for the last movie later this year.

Great buildup to the epic finale! Can't wait to see how the capitol is going to fall. Much different than the first 2 movies in the set, however does not lack in thrills and suspense. Looking forward to part 2!

Have to watch this one to build up the action in the part 2 movie. So it's hard to judge just part 1. I feel like the movie would get a better review/ratings if it was judged as a whole movie (part 1 & part 2).

Read the books and watched the movie and have found they made the movies pretty close to the books. Movies are never quite the same but the falvor is there with this set of movies. Decent translation from book to movie screen. Good action, drama, sci-fi-ish.

The Hunger Games trilogy is perfect for anyone who like young adult fiction. The books are great and the movies have definitely done justice for the story. The cast is great. It's a great, entertaining movie!
