The continuing story of Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) will no doubt find distract from some of the film's lethargy, but this is one case where less (as in one film instead of two) conceivably could have been considerably more.

If you are waiting for a thrill action movie !, then this movie it's not for you , this movie it's more like a set up for the upcoming second part. That should be better and have more action , now with that been said , it's not bad.

Its a pretty solid movie despite the lack of action and boring moments of Katniss staring off into space on occasion. There's a good amount of plot build up for the second part but it's still definitely the worst of the four.

I saw the first movie so decided to read the book, book is different from movie. The movie was a little boring and it was very long. I want more action. PETA is only in parts of movie so guess he will be in it more in part 2.

This movie has fine cinematopraphy,a heavy weight cast but kinda weird storytelling! More of LH storyline in this movie which was an interesting changed..There is nothing special about JL's acting-very boring and predictable!

Don't get me wrong I love the movie's so far but this one just answered questions that were left hanging from the last movie's. There wasn't a lot of action going on here. I do think it sets you up well for the finale though.

Huge fan of the series and I knew it would come to this soon. Lots of hidden messages that make the acting just seem horrible at times. Don't know if it was suppose to feel like everyone is lost or the movie was just lost

Diferent line to movie, new characters, old changed somewhat. I have not even watched second time and watched all 3 of first series each at least 4 times close to "in a row". Don't know if I'll purchase second at all.

Not well developed, and rather predictable. The story now feels prolonged and tired... Not a lot of action either. I'd recommend if you saw the other two, to get the full story. Otherwise, not that interesting.

The first two were far better. This one had difficulty keeping my attention, to drawn out should have never split this book into two movies. If you haven't read the books then you hjave no choice but to watch.

Over all this movie is a bit slow. If your a movie lover and love a good story, than this is for you. Good story, set up for the final installment. Kids love action, so this is not for kids in that aspect.

I feel this story is milking the earlier films' popularity not much new to the story. Seems they're merely drawing it out to make more money from it. Each installment is less imaginative and more forced

Another beloved book series, another movie representing only half of a single book. The result is typical - two hours of plodding exposition, followed by an ending hanging from the cliff. I feel that readers of the book will especially be frustrated. The beginning is good, especially the return trip to District 12. Later though, the movie drags and scenes last too long. The ending sequence is the worst, with twenty minutes devoted to an "action" scene that is covered by a paragraph in the book. If you are a fan, you have to watch it; But the movie won't win any converts.

This is the weakest of the Hunger Games movies so far but I think it is a "bridge" movie that is just setting up for a big finale. A decent movie but not up to the quality of the others in the series.

It seems like someone producing the movie got greedy and stretched what could've been a real good last movie for the series into a set up for an ok last movie. Not much acting just a lot of dialog.

The movie is pretty good, but feels like it's missing something--which it is: the second half of the story,which the studio or film makers decided to stretch into two movies. Unfortunate decision.

Though the movie sticks closely to the first half of the last book, it was hyped as a fast-paced, action packed, suspenseful movie....it was a lot of dialogue and not a lot of quality scenes.

It was alright. Way too much crying and way too many filler scenes. The first one was good, the second one was great, and this one was just ok. Hopefully, the last movie saves the series.

Had a good story line but this movie became more and more melodramatic. I understand they have to tell what happened but a lot of over the top dramatics. Hoping the second movie is better.

Not the best of the movies so far, but the Steelbook cases make for a nice presentation. I have them all in Steelbook so far and will definitely buy the next one in this packaging as well.
