THIS BLUE-RAY DISC HAS GREAT SOUND EFFECTS AND THE HD IS REAL DEEP. MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN THE VHS TAPE. I HAVE SEEN THE MOVIE ABOUT A HUNDRED TIMES BUT NOT LIKE THIS 4K HD BLUE-RAY

Great movie on 4k. Very dark movie being in a submarine so definitely will look the best on an oled tv.

This review is to sing the praises for the relase of this movie with Digital Copy. I HATE Steelbook but at least I can put that in a drawer and enjoy this digitally on all my devices.

Amazing picture quality and audio. Pretty cool to see a movie from 30+ years ago come to life in 4K/ Atmos. Now the best submarine movie of all time is that much better

Amazing cast in a fantastic game of cat and mouse. My favorite Jack Ryan movie, love the way the cast transition from speaking Russian to English, cleverly done! Its a must watch!

There's not much to say about this movie. It is a classic, it looks absolutely fantastic in 4K, and it stars Sean Connery. If that doesn't sell you, I'm afraid nothing will. 10/10

The Hunt for Red October starring Sean Connery is a classic that I have never bored rewatching over the years.

Suspense, suspense, suspense and even more suspense. This is one of Sean Connery's. Best films!

A classic film that I enjoyed in the movies and now am enjoying on Blu-Ray. Excellent performances, suspense and a hero saves the day.

Even this movie is quite old, having it finally on blu ray is great. The picture is better than old times DVD quality, providing a better visual experience for repeated views. Sean Connery is great in this movie.

The book this movie is based on was excellent. The film makers did an excellent job of converting a book into a movie. I loved the movie the first time I saw it in the theater and wanted my own copy.

This is better than the bluray in all aspects of what a good movie is suppose to be and this is it.Good watch and entertaining

Red October looks better than ever in 4K Dolby Vision. Definitely looks better than standard bluray. Steelbook packaging is one of the best, a definite must have.

Great movie and the quality was good being that it was not originally filmed in a high definition format.

I remember my dad watching this movie when I was a kid and I just couldn’t understand it, glad it’s being re-released in 4K so that I can rewatch this as an adult.
