This story is credible, contemporary, and enjoyable. The whole cast works well together showing today's workplace challenges from many angles. I've watched it several times and will again.

Can Deniro make a bad movie? He plays an elderly retired Intern starting a new profession which many people do as a second career. Senior has the talent to play a mobster than comedy and can achieve sucess in both mediums, which is very hard to do.

Great movie, friendship and inspiring to seniors are still worthy to be needed in the work force …

This is a cool movie. I thought at first it may be a chick flick, but I was pleasantly surprised. Deniro plays a cool part. Great movie. It has humor, comedy, drama, and even action.

I actually saw this movie in the theatre. This is a great movie for people who don't like a lot of swearing or nudity or violence. It's the perfect feel good movie. And Robert DeNiro is the BEST!!!

We enjoyed this movie a lot, and the disc itself has several special features that are a lot of fun. They look into some of the other characters, as well as set design and other behind the scenes.

a bit hesitant to watch another "girlie" movie , but as the plot unraveled , it was really a heartwarming story of a father figure and a friend she never had. Kudos to De Niro for a job well done.

I am a fan of Anne Hathaway and a fan of Robert Deniro, but I wasn't sure how they would work together. In this move Deniro plays the straightman to Hathaways' lead. For the most part she does a good job but the movie does not end the way I expected.

I missed this one in theaters and when I finally got around to watching it on Netflix, I thought it was actually really funny and poignant. For the sale price of $9.99, I didn't hesitate to add this Nancy Meyers them to my collection.

This is a great performance by both star actor and actress. It has great comedy throughout the movie. The movie sets up an obvious ending that never materializes but is fine in its own right.

This is a fun movie and shows a lighter side, and nicer side to Robert DiNero. Anne Hathaway is good in this also. It demonstrates the difference in work force with older generation employees.

This is certainly worth the price I paid on black Friday..these two actors also happen to be on top of their game - story I guess is pretty relevant - topical - I would like to see them together in a drama - overall - good movie

If you feel you are done as a professional you need to watch this movie. Is much better than expected and with a powerful message of humanism, love and friendship beside of what a retire professional still can do in today's working environment.

Robert and Anne light up the screen on this wonderful look at what it's like being an intern in a start up tech company. This is an amazing comedy with great chemistry. Date night anyone?

This is a great movie. Not just a chick flick. Anne Hathaway and Robert Deniro were great together. It was interesting to see how the dot coms work and how they can benefit from seniors.

It was funny and enjoyable and entertaining. Didn't get a chance to see it at the movies, but really glad to buy it and watch with my girlfriends. Robert De Niro was so funny. A must see.

This movie was funny and heart warming all at the same time. I got it for a great deal on black Friday and it was worth the buy!! I would absolutely recommend buying this movie!!

I love this movie. As a working mother, I could relate to so many parts of this movie. It made me laugh and cry at the same time. Recommend for any hard working mothers out there!
