Not only is The Iron Giant one of the true gems of the last quarter-century of animated films, it's arguably the most compelling full-length science-fiction toon ever released. It's a film with tremendous brains and heart, carried by exceptional voice acting and a pinpoint script. The new packaging, which is a limited edition run, pulls out all the stops, with the Blu-Ray resting inside sturdy and impressive packaging that also houses an art book, a figurine, and lithographs.

Such an underrated film, wish this animation style came back

An animated movie with a good storyline, really good animation, good characters, and great voice performances. This is also Brad Bird's directorial debut. This blu ray features great visuals and audio as well. Overall, an underrated 90s animated classic that everyone should see - regardless of age.

The Iron Giant was one of my all time favorite movies

This was one of those films that didn't make much money at the box office, but became a classic loved by almost anyone who watches it. It is funny, serious, and touching. A great film. The bluray is excellent quality, they did a great job. If you haven't seen it before I would recommend watching the original version fist, then the Signature version. It gives a some things away earlier. Both versions are on the disc.

The iron giant was a great purchase. I first seen the movie because a friend recommended it. I ended up liking the movie.its also a funny movie to watch, also great to watch with the family. I like the part when the square goes into the mans pants in the restaurant and part I like is when the robot thinks his Superman.this movie was great I really really like it and will recommend to other to watch

I saw this movie in theaters in 1999 and it became my favorite movie for the storytelling and wonderful characters. The Iron Giant is a movie that shows that everyone can choose how to act and react to different situations. It’s a movie for young kids to older persons that’ll entertain. You won’t be disappointed.

Such a heartwarming story about a boy who discovers a giant and the friendship/care they share for each other. My son watched this when he was about 5 and he still loves it today in his 20s. Bought this so he has his own copy to watch whenever he wants.

Though recommended to me long ago, I'd never seen "Iron". Based on a dark Ted Hughes story (British classic poet), it's brilliantly done. This edition has a wonderful new autobio/making of doc by the director (with cartoon drawings of himself illustrating it) as well as sequences that are finished that he couldn't afford to do when first issued. And very reasonably priced.

I love love this movie. My daughter did not ask for this one but she also loves the movie. I got this one because I love it. It has always upset me that Disney never made a part 2. I( think that was a big big mistake. Great funny and heart warming movie.

This is a great and I would say definitive version of this movie. It includes the original theater version, along with an updated director cut version that includes 2 additional minutes. Mostly hand drawn animation, great story, and fun animated period piece.

I have loved this movie since I saw it in the theater when it came out. So glad to finally own it. Of course, it looks and sounds wonderful. There are tons of extras. My only suggestion is, especially if you've never seen it, is not to watch the extended cut first. The added scenes are nice, but one of them definitely spoils a surprise that comes later on.

This movie wasn't very popular upon release; however, it has gained notoriety since then for being an amazing movie. The story is heartfelt and "rings true." This is traditional animation, and not purely a CGI movie like Pixar movies. If you're curious give this movie an opportunity.

Fantastic movie so sad this film didn't get the huge audience it deserved when it was released in theaters. This Signature Edition blu Ray looks and sounds fantastic and the new 55 minute documentary included on this release alone is worth the price of admission. Buy two copies and give one to a friend this is a film that needs to be experienced.

We love this movie and I could not find it to purchase..a friend found it for me at Best Buy. The order arrived quickly and we are a happy family! I had ordered another online but it came from the UK and would not play on our DVD players. Thank you Best Buy!!!

I consider The Iron Giant one of the most underrated films of all time! It's a real shame it didn't do well when it hit theaters years ago but I'm glad to see it picked up steam once it was released on video and cable. If you've never seen this film it's a must watch. You won't regret it!

Finally this great movie is on Blu-ray with new scenes that were orinigaly cut. As well as new special features and all the old ones, including a story of Brad Bird and how The Iron Giant started production.

Great favorite of our family's that looks awesome in it's full 1080p quality. Caught this on a holiday special price so the value was great at less than $10. Get this for your little ones, great message, well executed story.

Not my favorite movie. For the era it was produced in, animation is poor and story is nothing special. But my kid likes it so I begrudgingly paid $4 for it.
