I saw this movie in the theaters as a sneak preview with low expectations...I walked away from the movie in complete awe and absolutely amazed with how well this movie was able to combine a James Bond-esque feel with pure over the top jam packed action into an awesome movie. Definitely, worth owning and if you like this one you’ll love the second movie which is also worth owning. you

Kingsman was perhaps the movie that surprised me most this year. I thought it looked interesting from the ads I had seen, but once I saw it, I was completely blown away. The movie was fun, cheeky, action-packed, and all around a thrill to watch. It took a genre that was getting progressively darker and made it more silly and fun to watch like the older films, all while retaining its integrity and amazing action.

A new take on a Secret Service organization that is sort of like James Bond with a Marvel-like sense of humor. At first you think it's just going to be a Bond spoof, but it actually is well-crafted and stands on its own. The sequel is also good. Hopefully they have more good movies in them left to make.

Kingsman was a movie I was very much looking forward to and I am happy to say it delivered big. I'm a big fan of the spy genre from 007 to the Bourne movies and many more. I was concerned that Kingsman was going to be too over the top and campy for a spy movie (I am aware that many Bond films are very campy lol) but it played very nicely and was very fun, Absolutely give this movie a try, you won't be disappointed.

I've always wanted to watch Kingsman at the theatres when it was released but missed it. I grabbed the opportunity to get a copy when it was on sale at the Downey store. I like that you can redeem the digital version on iTunes and watch it on my iDevices. Even though there are unexpected stuff that happened in the movie (hint: death of a main character), I'd definitely watch it over and over.

I'm not sure why Kingsman didn't get more publicity because it was actually a very good action movie. The fight sequences are top notch and mix in a little Samuel L. Jackson and you've got yourself a great flick! I've heard there is a sequel coming out so you definitely wanna add this one to the library. Pretty rough language in some scenes so I won't let the kids watch it, however. Get this one!

Kingsmen regrettably I did not catch in theaters during its run, even though I really wanted to. I bought the bluray and it slapped me in the face, how dare I missed this during its run at the movies. Fast paced, I cared about the protagonist, wonderfully shot, energetic, clever, funny, some of the best shot action scenes. It's a new type of spy, a young James Bond underdog sort of story.

This movie is based on the graphic novel from Mark Millar. Imagine the global threat from the villains of G.I. Joe and the suave approach of James Bond. Great action with a good story. The Blu-Ray is a special edition which comes with the movie and special features along with a companion book that gives a much in depth behind the scenes look about the film.

While I enjoyed the movie there were a few times where I found myself cringing that I was laughing while there was a massive amount of violence going on. While the story if pretty enjoyable there is nothing groundbreaking and there are pretty much no surprises. There is a competition to determine who will be the next Kingsman but you already know who that is going to be. You also know who the bad guy is right away. But there is a lot of well choreographed over-the-top action to keep things interesting.

Not your everyday British spy/james bond-ish sort of flick. Lots of one liners, heavy on British slang (if you like that) and pretty decent martial arts/parkour/action scenes...Great for the teens (only 1 brief nude scene at the end to watch out for but even then,. it was very "cheeky" if I may borrow a British expression). Samuel Jackson as a faux-Russel Simmons was hilarious.Hope they make a sequel.

This movie is a light hearted and slightly more serious take on the older James Bond type films. Cool covert secret agents? Check. Cool gadgets? Check. Even villain who is slightly over the top? Check. If you are looking for a good time and like the secret agent genre, this is a fun, light, grab a bucket of popcorn and enjoy kind of movie. Highly recommended.

The marketing for Kingsman: The Secret Service was not executed very well. It looked a little too ridiculous when I saw previews for it in theaters. I was thoroughly and pleasantly shocked to find out that this movie is all sorts of guilty pleasures ranging from British humor to intense and brutal fight scenes. I ended up watching Kingsman in theaters twice and bought the Blu-Ray for my collection.

In the tradition of the Albert Brocli days of James Bond, Kingsman revitalizes the spy genre. It has the usual megalamanic Samuel L Jackson, destroy the world personna, but with a comic twist right down to his hilarious lisp. (Spoier Alert) Harry, seems to be the new JB but instead he gets killed. So now it seem Iggy must shoulder the burden. In the classic English style, right down to the back handed love inuendo, humor and violence all wrapped up into a tidy crumpet of enjoyable entertainment.

This is and will be one of the sleeper hits for a long while. This is so action packed, witty with humor and tech savvy that you'd have to watch it over again to get every nugget of info. Plot was good, weapons were awesome, and the fighting was great. It's one upping every movie it borrows concepts from but does no way steal/rip off directly the exact concept, but takes the style and runs with it.

We have all seen a ton of british spy movies, but I really enjoyed this one. The only part I wasn't really wild about was Samuel L. Jackson as the bad guy. I think Jackson can play a bad guy role really well (see the movie The Negotiator), but his role is a bit too campy for my tastes in this movie. However, overall this was a very fun movie and one that I'm sure I will watch on several occasions.

The Kingman: The Secert Service movie was well worth it. The CGI is awesome and acting wasn't bad for up and coming actor Taron Egerton. This was full of action and adventure. Didn't care for Samuel L. Jackson trying to talk like Mike Tyson but understand the purpose of his character. Must see this movie. Since owning it I have watched it 3 times. I do believe that there could be additional movies in the future with Taron leading it. This movie did very well in the box office globally.

The best movies are rated R because they have total freedom to do, show, and say whatever they feel the story deserves, and this movie is no exception. A great British action comedy from the same team as kick-@$$ (review wouldn't let me type the true title) (same graphic novel writer and same director) and the director of x-men first class. An absolute must see and one of 2015s best so far

This was a real surprise. It was totally outrageous but very funny and fairly exciting for a farce. I'm not sure why the film didn't garner much attention. I had never heard of it, but since Firth and Jackson were in it, I gave it a try. Now I recommend it to everybody with a sense of humor. I wonder if the PC Police had anything to do with keeping a lid on promoting the film?? See it!

What starts out rather serious turns in to a rather fun romp through an underworld of an evil ne'er do well with a lisp who wants to control the world and is doing so with cranial implants. His right hand [wo]man is a martial arts expert with swords as lower legs. Our hero is recruited, trained and takes on a mission of revenge and eventually faces the evil mastermind for a winner take all battle for mankind, and a Scandinavian diplomat as the [sur]prise. Much fun in the end!

This was a great nod to the old school "Spy" movies but with a twist. Some my find it a bit of over the top bloody sort of like a Tarantino movie. If you are looking for something other than a good overall entertaining movie, this is a good pic. If you are looking for something other than an entertaining watch, this may not be the movie for you. Great cast and just a fun movie watch.
