This movie is like a roller coaster. I mean that there's a bit of a slow build. That's the climb up to the first drop. Misfit kid gets recruited to join a super secret Spy-Fi agency. Training. Meet the villain. Raise the stakes. Once it crests that hill and goes into that drop, it picks up speed, then there's twists, loops. It's great. Another solid outing from Matthew Vaughn.

Billed to be more of a "riskier" bond-style film, this film does take risks that mostly pay off. The action scenes are overblown and overstylized, and in some cases shockingly grizzly, but the overall film works in ways that help set it apart from it's more "realistic" counterparts. I would definitely be on board for a sequel with a bit more complicated and sinister bad guy.

Kingsman: Secret Service is one of the most ingenious and creative actions movies that has come out in a long time. The story is different, but very good. Samuel Jackson as the "bad guy" is so campy, he's great. This is, as far as I'm concerned, a must see action movie if you haven't seen it already!

This movie is very unique.....and very good. I didn't like the heavy British accent too much in the movie but its not that strong...closed caption should do fine , and Samuel L Jackson looked and did well in the movie but his lisp accent was horrible! (but kinda funny) Non the less, the movie has a great story and a HILARIOUS ending...will be watching it more than once.....

Kingsman: The Secret Service is a nice breather from all of the other comic based films and shows out there. The movie can be pretty graphic, but it's balanced by the humor and action it provides. The look and feel of the film kind of reminded me of some of the X-men movies, but this is definitely more for adults. It arrived on time and in great condition.

Wasn't expecting this movie to be nearly as good as it turned out to be. Great story and explosive action. A super twist on the super-spy genre. Samuel Jackson as the evil doer puts it over the top, not to mention an evil plan that truly makes sense when given some thought. Makes you think.....

Obviously the movie is great or I wouldn't have bought it on Blu-Ray. But the sound and picture quality is outstanding (as you'd expect with Blu-Ray) and the bonus features are fun additions that enhance the viewing experience. I love getting a behind the scenes look at movies that I really enjoy.

Modern day classic, if your a man from uncle or the saint fans, then your in for a real treat. Great plot and english humor sprinkle in Samuel Jackson as you've never seen him before. Add high tech gadgets and some intersting characters and some twists and turns. Great one for the movie collection.

I really enjoyed this movie. It borrows many of the best elements from the classic bond films before it. What was particularly surprising was how the actors were able to convincing play their parts without taking themselves too seriously. This delicate balance is well managed by the director.

After this movie, I'm officially on the Matthew Vaughn bandwagon. Not a big fan of First Class, but his over movies are great & this one is no different. It's not a perfect movie, but it's entertaining from start to finish. Great stunt & camera work & the action is top notch. Highly recommended.

I saw this in the theater with my girlfriend (who is British) and we both really enjoyed it. It is, of course, a bit "over the top" in some areas, though not outright ridiculous, but this isn't a documentary so that is to be expected. If you want a fun action movie, this is an excellent choice.

An incredibly vivid and stylized film with lots of bonus content included with this steel book. I ALWAYS watch the behind the scenes stuff as Im an Actor/film maker and this is definitely a step in the right direction for movies in the near future. Excited of the sequel of this!

The movie, which came out back in 2014, sort of snuck up on people. Agents dressed in suits and acting well-mannered appeared to be a sort of homage to James Bond, but the action was unexpectedly good an well-choreographed, especially the church scene. The only thing that brought the movie down was Samuel L. Jackson and his lisp talking.

I had already purchased Kingman because I love spy movies (grew up watching Sean Connery playing Bond). So when I saw this came in a Steelbook I knew I had to grab it. The Steelbook arrived fine and looks so nice on my shelf. Now to find a new owner for my previous version...

For those who think James Bond has gotten a little too serious in his old age, “Kingsman: The Secret Service” brings the irreverence back to the British spy genre, offering a younger, streetwise variation on the 007 formula while gleefully pushing audiences’ favorite elements

This is director Matthew Vaughn's homage to the old spy genre movies where Sean Connery's James Bond had witty banter, a gentleman spy, a bad guy that's a megalomaniac, and cool gadgets. Just a warning...there is A LOT of cursing, so you might not want to use discretion with young children.

The trailer for this movie didn't hook me, so I never saw it in the theater. But my friends that saw it loved it, and critics were loving it, so I gave it a shot. I rarely buy movies that I didn't see in the theater first, but this movie was great. Great action. Awesome fight scenes. Sam Jackson's character was funny. Glad I took a chance on this movie. Loved it.

The fact that this movie had to wait so long to become popular is a crime. Sharing a release weekend with the dreadful 50 shades movie, this movie got lost in the shuffle and didn't really shine until it hit video. It is a spy movie that throws in a touch of trading places for fun.

I really liked this movie, this was actually better than the last Bond movie, Spectre, which I actually liked a lot, being a Bond fan. Taron Egerton is also really good and engaging as the lead and if you haven't seen it I'd recommend checking him out in "Eddie the Eagle."
