This movie is filed with action, drama and romance. Cinematography is very nice and complements the storytelling of this movie too.

Not exactly like the book, but a really good movie. Very realistic. Also, it appeared that the actors playing Native Americans were Native Americans.

Enjoyed the director's cut version, it adds a bit more character development early on. Overall this is a fantastic film and Daniel Day-Lewis is amazing as always. Probably one of the top 3 best actors of his generation.

This movie may be nearly 25 years old, but it is still beautifully done and wonderfully acted. I couldn't wait to watch it once I got home.

I have always loved the movie and I am glad to finally get it on blue ray for such a low price.

If you have not seen this movie, get it now. It's one of those that I must watch if I see it on TV. A must have for any movie enthusiast.

Love the movie but not really the greatest bluray transfer its not great but not bad either. I do enjoy the directors cut though. Im still happy with the purchase.
