    Enjoyed the director's cut version, it adds a bit more character development early on. Overall this is a fantastic film and Daniel Day-Lewis is amazing as always. Probably one of the top 3 best actors of his generation.

    Watching this movie after many years was entertaining and much better in Blu-ray Disc format. The acting, scenes, and story based on book was excellent.

    One of Daniel Day Lewis' best films. A great rendition of the old James Fenimore Cooper tale. I have had this movie on VHS, DVD and now on Bluray.
