This is a fantastic movie. Film features Tom Cruise at his best. If you are looking for a based on a true story film about an oft-forgotten culture, then this film is for you.

This is one of my wife's favorite films of all time. okay, Keanu Reeves as a samurai? Yeah it's more than a stretch! But it's so beautifully shot, and it's such a fun story, that if you just ignore the obvious flaws you'll still enjoy it.

When I saw this in a amazing steelbook a $10 I just had to grab it. This is a movie that must be watched if you call yourself a movie collector.

I'm not a big fan of Tom Cruise. There are very few films in his catalog that I enjoy. However, The Last Samurai is definitely a film worthy of your time.
