I saw L.S. in 84 (3rd grade in Germany). No 2nd viewing to the film until 2019 when I purchased the disc. It’s a good afternoon flick. It’s dated but that’s half the charm of it! It’s awesome that all these old movies are being released on Blu-ray and 4k!

Great movie with some outstanding cgi considering how long ago this movie was made.

Great movie that you can watch over and over again

The rating really is solely for the 4K remaster that this 80’s Sci-Fi classic gets from the amazing team at Arrow. The special features are mostly ported over from previous releases with a couple new ones in the mix. Pick it up if you were a fan of this movie

A classic movie and a tale of a computer player who has to use his skills to save the planet... And more. If he's good enough to do it. Being 25 years old it is now kind of dated but the story still stands. It's a good movie even after all these years.

I was able to share this movie with my kids after loving it as a teenager! The CGI by today’s standards is more like that found in a cinematic (or pre-render) that Director’s use, but the story is awesome! :) THE Blu-Ray is OK with not a lot of extras, tho.

When this came out I remember reading how they needed a Cray super computer running full time for weeks to produce the animation sequences that are primitive by today's standards. A clever story, and good cameo buy Robert Preston, keeps it from being forgotten.

Worth the bargain-buy and a good classic to have in the Blu-Ray library. The 1920X1080 film transfer looks good given when the movie was produced. Nothing amazing related to soundstage but again, it's a easy and fun purchase.

I was recently reminded of this older gem, when I realized that I didn't have a copy in my media library. This Blu-Ray version was the logical choice for me.

A good sci-fi adventure. I really liked this movie when I was younger. Digitally remastered. Still holds up the time as being a good space adventure movie.

One of the early good CG sci fi films. The blu ray is ok, better than the DVD release but could use a full restoration. This movie SHOULD be remade as it's a cult classic.

Early sci-fi with what we thought was cutting edge graphics back then. Still guy leaves girl, guy saves cosmos, guy still gets girl. Corny now but cute back then.

I remember this movie from years ago. It was good then too. Obviously, the graphics wasn't what it is now, but it was good back then.

this was one of my old favorite Sci-Fi movies so I had to get in on bluray. Picture quality is really good for a movie this old.
