Now, you know going in that this isn't going to be Shakespearean, right? It's a fun popcorn flick, replete with some cool stuff, some stupid stuff, and some downright silly stuff. Don't overthink it - just enjoy it.

This film plays better on TV than it did in the movies. If you are a fan of Vin Diesel, this is him at his best. Action and a little mystery makes a story that's been done a lot before a little better. Well worth watching.

I like Vin Diesel as an action hero and he translates well into this genre, not too far removed from his Riddick vibe. The main characters are solid, with good pacing and a decent story. Good enough for a sequel, I think.

I read some of the reviews and this movie isn't recommended, but I like it. Got on sell for black friday. The only issue i have is i purchased the UHD version and the digital code is only HD.

would have given it a 4.5 rating but would not let me, so rated it at a 4. the movie is extremely entertaining, not sure what movie the critics were watching when they rated it, but would really suggest you get this movie.

I absolutely love this movie. After watching the movie on three separate occasions, I decided it was best to actually buy the movie and save myself the rental fees. I played the movie (for the fourth time) when my granddaughter came for a visit. .She is twelve years old and now wants to watch it every time she spends the night.

I love Science fiction movies, and I was very surprised with this one. It is quite a different role for Vin Diesel, but he did really well. Sir Michael Caine (from Batman) came out of retirement to do this film, and was amazing. I was very surprised to see Elijah Wood in it, he will always be Frodo to me. But he did well in this also.

This was a great witch Hunter movie! I love the look and feel of the witches in this movie. I would have preferred the movie to not place in the present time but I easily got over that. I definitely liked this movie!

I really enjoyed this movie. I think it would be a great family movie. It has a hero, a villian, a cause, etc. The visual effects are great and there are some surprises; that I will not mention. I purchased this movie because the preview intrigued me. I glad I did. Hope they make another, I do recommend it!

this movie was great. it had action, it had story it had great visuals and it also includes the great new audio codec DTS:X and it literally puts you right in the middle of everything sound wise. if you have a system that supports DTS:X and ATMOS (the two new audio codecs) you will forever change your movie watching experiences.

A great buy for any Vin Diesel fan. Pretty much what you'd expect in his typical action fantasy film. I didn't expect a grand epic story but was entertained more than I was expecting. Really cool special effects.

If you are coming into this expecting a great action film with lots of Vin Diesel then you won't miss the mark by picking this up. It was a fun romp that kept me and my wife entertained until the closing credits.

Decent movie for entertainment value. You don't go into a Vin Diesel movie expecting LoTR plots or cinematography. It entertains and that's all I was expecting. Not horrible in any way. Sit back and be amused :)

I got this on sale and I had heard and read negative reviews but I thought it was pretty good. There are others movies that have a similar story but I liked this movie for the story and it's premise.

This is a very interesting and action packed movie! I thought it was a unique story and enjoyed the acting. Another great role for Vin Diesel. The steel book version was even better, the case is durable, and looks very cool. It is very neat that they offer steel book versions now, Best Buy also had the best price I could find.

If you are looking for a source of deep introspection or constellation shattering mythology, this is not it. If you want to see a D&D campaign brought to life as a movie, this movie exceeds. A fun adventure.

This movie is not what you might expect from the previews you might have seen it is better. This movie has a lot of action and a strong story line to match. The cast of characters is great and fun to watch.

This is a fun movie but not a real great Vin Deisel movie. He seemed to be lacking his usual punch in this movie. The story was good as was the special effects. Overall not a great movie but fun to watch.

Just like Pitch Black, The Chronicles of Riddick and Riddick were all great actions movies for Vin Diesel this one adds to that. It's a which from the Riddick action movies and adds more a modern day touch to it. The last Witch Hunter is so quick just as you get into it it's over. That's how enjoyable it is.

It's Vin Diesel, so it's basically mindless popcorn fun. Story is actually somewhat interesting at times but mainly it's the action scenes that are what makes this an above average movie.
