Another great Lego movie. The first one I took my kids to see, I assumed, was going to be a sleeper for me. Little did I know that I was going to be humored tremendously. This Lego Batman movie did not disappoint. It's full of great puns for adults and many references to the old Batman movies that we grew up on and loved. The fact that that they don't take themselves too seriously was very evident and made the movie even better!

If you enjoyed the Lego Movie you'll enjoy Lego Batman! While not a sequel per se, this takes place in Batman's Lego universe and is its own movie. The fact that it makes reference to Batman's long life and career and pays homage to Adam West's Batman now that he's gone makes it that much more special. Be sure to watch it in 3D if you can, the Lego elements flying around like in the Lego movie make it worth the few extra bucks.

As a fan of The Lego Movie, I was hoping they'd not "went to the well" too many times in making this movie. I can say with confidence they surely did make another hit! I don't know for sure if I like this better than LEGO movie, but LEGO Batman is a movie that I can watch over and over again with the kids and we all still love it! Plus I got a fantastic deal at like $8.99 from Best Buy so that's a WIN for sure.

I loved the Nolan North adaptations so much and I was so excited for the Justice League Movie... That was a letdown. This movie is arguably the best Batman movie since the Nolan North movies. The humor is excellent for both kids and adults alike. The references to previous Batmans are a nice nostalgic treat and it's just an all-around great movie to watch! Highly recommend this for everyone

This movie here appeals for the kids and adults, it has a bit of comedy darkness to it that makes it different than any kids movie, its all the way around good, The 4k purchase of this makes the colors on the TV extremely colorful with the HDR settings set to auto it should be fine but mine is set different because im a gamer, but long story short no matter the picture quality you choose you will like this movie.

Forget the "twist" of the Lego movie, this is pure Batman (with a bunch of other Lego sets thrown in for good measure, including Harry Potter). Same over-the-top action, with a heart warming message about the importance of others, there is usually something to keep the smile on your face through the movie (although it is slightly too long). 3D effects are great, worth it if you have a 3D TV. Pick it up now!

The original LEGO Movie impressed me with its sense of humor, its sophisticated message, and the amazing visuals that brought to life a massive moving LEGO world. LEGO Batman continues in the same tradition. It's just as funny, isn't quite as sophisticated but still gets to the heart of Batman better than a lot of other attempts, and brought the same great visual style to a colorful Gotham city. Lots of fun!

While most fans will simply accept the fact that he's a perpetual loner, this film, despite being an animated movie aimed at kids, really offers a unique look at Batman and the loneliness that comes with his lifestyle. Like its predecessor, it expertly mixes humor and emotional beats while also featuring great performances from the voice actors. The steelbook design, as usual, also looks awesome.

It's Lego. It's Batman. So it's a parody on the world of Batman. This movie has more Batman Universe characters than all others combined. There's characters that only diehard Batfans would know and also plenty characters that the casual fan would know. This movie is so laugh out loud funny even after multiple views. Highly recommend to fans of both Lego and Batman! Buy this movie. It's so good!

If you liked Lego Movie, then this is a no brainer. It is up there as one of the funnier movies of the year, with adult and kid jokes every other line. Batman easily stole part of the show in the Lego movie, so it makes sense that he got his own film and going against the Joker to prove that he is the Bats greatest villain is great. The steelbook is excellent as well, easily one of my favorites.

I love this movie, and so does my son! I like that we can watch together, unlike some more mature superhero movies. This Blu-ray pack also came with a digital copy, which I didn’t remember seeing in the description when I ordered, so that was a nice surprise. The insert said the code needed to be used by 06/30/18, but I redeemed it at the end of July on VUDU with no issues.

If you enjoyed the Lego Movie then there's a good chance you will enjoy this as well. It has got very similar humor in it. While I personally enjoyed Will Arnett as Batman two of my friends did not. For most of the movie they found him to be pretty obnoxious which is understandable. Batman in this acts like a child for a good amount of the time. That didn't bother me but I know it will bother some. Michael Cera as Robin is too good, he was absolutely adorable and one of my favorite parts of the movie. I would definitely recommend checking the movie out but it definitely isn't for everyone.

This movie is terrific. It's lots of fun for everyone and lots of shout outs to all the old Batman shows and movies, even ones only the true nerds get. It makes fun of the cocky, loner Batman, but acknowledges that he is awesome. Even if that character he's become that makes him awesome in reality would make him a jerk; that's kind of the theme and irony of the movie. Sit back and enjoy.

There is very little downtime is this fun romp, which is at times a criticism as the producers at times seemed to want to throw as many jokes as possible into the movie in what, in some rare instances, felt like a haphazard fashion. Still, there was a lot of fun to be had as the movie was entertaining from beginning to end, with jokes for kids, adults, longtime Batman fans and those who have but a bare minimum of knowledge of the caped crusader. Sit back, laugh, enjoy. Just don't look for anything especially deep: you won't find it, and that isn't what this movie is.

This was probably one of my most favorite movies of this year. It's been awhile since a comedic approach was used for a Batman movie and I absolutely loved it! I loved all the fun little Easter Eggs and nods towards previous Batman films and television series. Being such a huge Batman fan made me enjoy the movie even more because I found some of the most obscure jokes the funniest.

I saw this while it was in theaters and it's a fun take on ol' Bats. For this review I will focus on this release. The steelbook is fantastic. The art direction works well on the gloss finish. I'm impressed that Warner Bros. put some effort into the special features since they have a shoddy track record with that in recent years. The picture and sound is excellent as you'd expect.

This movie has several fun aspects to it with several layers to it. It is fun for kids to watch with Batman and other characters. There is also a deeper component to the movie about Bruce Wayne/Batman and his anti social aspect of how he does not need anyone for anything. He can do it all himself. It is also a fun movie to see several old villains come to life in a Lego movie.

We are avid Lego owners and my 2 kids and I have enjoyed watching some of the tv series involving star wars and some of the lower budget super hero/batman movies. We are also fans of the lego movie released a few years ago. This one has a lot of well known stars that do the character voices and the story is pretty decent. If you enjoyed The Lego Movie, you'll enjoy this one.
