Maybe not quite as charming as the original Lego movie, but still it was enjoyable. Some of the humor seemed a bit rude, especially for children. Maybe I shouldn't even be reviewing it yet since I've only watched it once and haven't watched any of the supplemental bonus features yet, but basically I liked it and the 3D looked good. A little expensive, as these seem to be lately when they first come out. I'd recommend it to a friend who likes Batman and Lego and computer animation. Otherwise maybe not.

We brought our 8 year old son and 4 year old daughter to the theater to see this movie. They were both able to sit thru the whole show and all 4 of us were laughing from start to finish. Although it is a children's movie, there are little adult jokes that went over our kids' heads, which made the movie enjoyable for all 4 of us.

Whole family really enjoyed this movie in the theater since it had non stop action and laughter so I preordered ASAP after we saw it. Now it looks even more spectacular in all it's 4K/HDR glory!! The colors and details really pop on my Sony 4K TV. There were a ton of fun extras and multiple trailers too but only on blu-ray disc.

The randomness of this movie is what makes it absolutely hysterical. There's a lot of jokes thrown in for adults that kids won't get, but nothing you'd cringe at. Will Arnett brings this version of Batman to life with authenticity & perfectly balanced humor. The one-liners and random mannerisms they give Batman make you laugh, shake your head and chuckle. They played this on a projector in a movie night for kids in a park near me recently. Big turnout. Always be yourself...unless you can be Batman!

In a year with so many comic book movie, this one started the year off right. I think this is the best Bruce Wayne movie we've had, really getting into the tension between his Bruce Wayne persona and the Batman persona. I also really like the Steelbook packaging. It really stands out on a shelf and the inside of it is cool too.

Lego Batman packs a lot of story and entertainment into what I thought was a kid's movie. The movie works for kids, but the storyline is very adult (and I don't mean dirty or inappropriate). I enjoyed this one more than several of the live action movies in the Batman franchise and I even liked it better than the Lego Movie!

We had not seen this movie before the purchase. It is funny. Some parts my kids did not think were funny I did. Kids enjoyed it and have since repeated lines. I like the digital use, but this one is streaming only, and can not be put on the device, not my favorite, but it works, and can stream on devices in the house.

A decent follow up to The Lego Movie, though not nearly as surprising or inspired. Had some good laughs, but the Lego Movie is just tough to beat.

As a parody, a sort of humorous deconstruction of Batman as an icon, The LEGO Batman Movie is entertaining and hilarious. The animation is excellent, a marvel to watch, convincingly rendered and to resemble stop motion with LEGO bricks, albeit with more effects and extraneous polish than The LEGO Movie that inspired this.

The Lego Batman Movie was an exciting fun filled movie. Not only did the kids enjoy this adventurous movie but it was enjoyable for the adults as well. We also loved how the children were being taught life lessons and the value of family and friends.

A great take on the Batman legacy that adds a comedic element. Loved all the jokes, some of which you may not get if you haven't seen the movies. Great bad guy versus good guy but Lego Batman has come to grips with the fact that he's narcissistic and a jerk. Great moral theme in a very entertainIng format. I loved it.

While not as good as the original LEGO Movie in my opinion, this is a worthy and really fun offshoot of that film, focusing on one of its most popular characters. Definitely fun for kids and adults alike. As an adult, you won't have to suffer through this as you might with so many other horrible kids films.

You never know how long these exclusives will be available on best buy.com but if its still available, buy it. The steelbook is amazing and for an extra $5 over the standard release, it is well worth it. And props to best buy for always delivering their preorders to where they arrive a day before the release date.

My kids really wanted The Lego Batman Movie (not to be confused with the other Lego Batman Movie), so we picked it up. I had watched it in the theater with my son, but didn't remember how much fun it was. This movie gets better the more you watch it. Now we all enjoy it and quote jokes from it often. Good stuff!

This movie was hilarious in theaters, and I am so happy that I own it now. A lot of great batman easter eggs for long time batman fans such as myself. Lego is really taking off in video games and in movies! This is one of the movies that the parents will enjoy watching with their kids over and over and over again.

Our son watches this movie multiple times a week. As a parent we enjoy the movie as well. It has the perfect amount of slap humor and adult humor mixed in that keeps it entertaining for all ages. Some of it is so silly you still giggle on the 10th and 20th time you see it. Beats the heck out of Trolls or Sing.

My 5 years old loves them s movie. He's watched it twice since I purchased a it a week ago. He loves the extras that come with the Blu Ray DVD. I like the fact that this DVD also comes with a digital copy and a regular DVD. The regular DVD will comes in handy for the long road trips in the future.

As if the Lego Movie wasn't a surprise hit, the Lego Batman movie does not disappoint. Truly it is great fun for both adults and kids alike. I would say this is a must own for any family household

While many like this movie over the original, I would say it lacked somewhat in the pacing of the plot. It was good to see additional characters from the Lego universe included in this movie, and the poignant growth of our brooding main character. Batman has always been a conflicted character, except, perhaps, in the Adam West version. Still, it has many moments where I was laughing out loud and is a fine addition to the franchise. So what's next--Lego Wonder Woman?

I watched the lego movie a while back and loved the batman character from that movie. It is great to see that they created a whole movie based on that alter batman character on its own. the steelbook is great looking as always. I just wish I had a steelbook for the lego movie to go along with this one now.
