    I had try 3 times to pick up my item and the lines were insane and only had 1 or 2 people doing store pick up is ridiculous especially during the holiday season. Had other employees just walking by not even assisting. Those employees did not deserve to be put in that position especially inpatient customer screaming at them. Never doing a store pick up at this best buy.
