Great family movie, filled with funny scenes and cute characters. Excited to see what Lego Movie 2 is like!

Seen this movie over a dozen times with and without my 9 year old boys. 3D is even more fun for them. Amazing graphics. And we got into the extras. My boys are learning to be Master Builders. I was hoping that the digital copy came with a 3D copy as well as the standard copy. But the 2D version works.

This movie accomplished its goal of feeling like it was made by a child's imagination without looking like it was made by one. The animation was fantastic and jokes were as well(although a tad oversimplified to appeal to kids). The minifigure along with the packaging goes great with the combo bluray.

Saw this at the theater (not in 3D) and had to pick it up because my oldest hadn't seen it. Both kids loved it for sure. . Definitely entertaining and would recommend for lego fans and kids. At least they didn't pull a Disney and hold out releasing the 3D version at a later date <cough Frozen cough>.

I purchased this for my two sons ( 4 and 3 years old) they love it! They watch it every night before bed time and on the special features disc there is a sing-a-long for the theme song "everything is awesome" which they make me replay several times a day! For adults there a lot of jokes that the kids won't get but is done in a way that they are still enjoying it. This movie has really increased their desire to play with legos and I love that.

This movie is based on the popular bricks and is fascinating to see how the plastic-brick concept is adapted to animation. The movie is a fun good-versus-evil story, and kids and adults will enjoy it.

Playing with Legos as a kid my first thought was that this was a nostalgia money grab and that the movie would be awful. I was surprised when I watched it with my five year old to see that it was funny, clever and had a great message for kids and being unique. Great movie that won't dissappont.

I had my doubts at first, but when I was dragged to the movies with my friends to see it, what can I say? EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME! Great movie for kids and the kids at heart! Had to get it when it came out on Blu-ray! There is a free digital copy with the discs as well, really easy to redeem!

You can't beat anaimation for Picture quality and there is a reason this movie is used to show off TVs in big box stores. The detail is outstanding and the audio is a great mix and use of a full Atmos sound system. The movie is family friendly and full of great humor.

Great movie for the kids, especially lego loving kids! Everything in movie is made of legos, and it's cool to see the ideas that came to life in the movie. Also really cool to see legos we have at home throughout the movie, as they incorporated a lot of things from actual lego sets in the movie.

This movie is so fun and exciting to watch. It can't even be labeled as a kids movie, since there is so much nostalgia packed into it. I noticed so many pieces used that I owned and played with as a child. Funny, exciting, emotional, and absolutely creative! A must have for all movie collections.

"Everything is Awesome" in this spectacular comedy/adventure film, The Lego Movie. With an all star cast and cool effects, the whole family will be cheering. A must buy on Blu-ray to get the best picture quality as it also comes with a director's commentary, plus special features to enjoy.

I loved the movie in theatres. It's cute, funny and great for the whole family. This edition looks great and some of the features are very worthwhile. I love that it comes with the digital copy to take with us on those long plane rides or just when you're sitting around waiting somewhere.

The Lego Movie is a great family movie that is actually safe for parents to watch with their kids. While it is geared towards younger boys, my young daughter also really enjoyed it. There are also lots of references that only the adults would get (similar to a Pixar film). Overall, a fun time!

Our family saw this movie in the theatre, and we all loved it. This actually comes with a regular DVD version, Blue Ray, and Blue Ray 3D. It also came with a lego mini-figure for the kids to play with. Might not have spent this much normally, but for a vacation splurge it was well worth it.

The family had fun enjoying the movie together. I was grateful to purchase the blu ray at such a great price as a new release. It's tough to find a movie free of suggestive material that I'm comfortable viewing with my seven year old son, but this movie gets my approval one hundred percent!

First of all....EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!!! Wasn't expecting much at first sight. But, when I watched this movie...my mind got blown away by its awesomeness and how good it was! Have literary watched this movie over and over again for a least a couple of weeks. Best Lego movie thus far!

This movie is very funny. Had I known my 4 year old daughter would have loved it so much, we should have seen it in the theater. She thought it was a 'boy' movie so didn't want to. So we bought the DVD when it came out and she loves it! I think she watched it every day for a week straight!

Became a super dad when I surprised them coming home from a business trip with the 3D version. Bought it because I never found the time to take them to see it at the theater. We immediately watched it and then they wanted to watch the bonus material. Bonus material could have been better.

It's unlikely there's anyone left on the planet who hasn't heard of this film, but I'll admit it initially looked like just another generic merchandise-selling kid flick to me. Top-drawer reviews convinced me to give it a shot, and it turned out to be one of the funniest, most imaginative films to come out of Hollywood in a while. Proves that even the dumbest concepts on paper can be worthwhile if the right people are involved.
