My daughter saw the original as a child, loved it. So much so, we saw the play in New York years later, loved it. Now she’s in college so I’m sure she will love this as well.

I bought the DVD The Lion King for my granddaughter. She loved the movie as much as myself and my husband. This is a great movie to watch with your children or grandchildren.

This movie reminded of the original. Loved the animation. Some songs where a little emotionless not the same emotion I felt like the original but overall was a wonderful movie

I have a 18 m baby that just loves the lion king movie cartoon and real life movie it is great even I watched it with him so nice it the only movie that calms him down love it

This is one of my top 10 4k movies for 2019. Its has great visuals and sounds and you will have a full screen effect for the entire movie. A must buy for your 4k cllection.

I think I said this before! I love my steelbooks. Love the images! Love the packaging! Plus I love how they protect my disc against my vivacious and curious two year daughter!

Excellent family movie. I believe it is as good as the original only better. I recommend this movie to all families that like the original and everyone who's never seen it.

Best Buy provides great service and got the Blu-ray to me quickly. I got this for my granddaughters based on how much my children enjoyed the original animated version. Although overall they enjoyed the updated version, some scenes were much too intense for young children.

It was a good movie, maybe not as good as the classic animated one, but the realism portrayed in this one was sublime. The steelbook looks good, it goes well with the movie.

This movie with the 4k treatment could quite possibly be the most impressive movie I've seen in 4k HDR.. if you wanna show off your 4k tv, take my suggestion and buy this!!

Pretty satisfied with the cover art for this steelbook however, they could've went with a different picture for the inside panel. Overall happy to add this to my collection!

I’m a huge fan of the original Lion King, this one fell short of giving me that same joy but I’m a steelbook collector and I must say this steelbook is actually pretty cool.

The video production in this movie is so good that it often distracts you from the story. In some scenes the characters and scenery seem real enough to reach out and touch!

I bought this movie for the grand kids and we all watched it, the movie looks amazing in 4k and we all loved it. I would highly recommend it for everyone as a family movie.

I liked it and I’m proud of the fact I saw the original as a child . This little kids have it made with the nice new remake . Buy it own it share a smile with the family.

Really well done remake of the classic. Hits all the things you want to be there while still being it’s own movie. The steel book is ok, decent design but nothing special.

This was a must have for the Disney collection. Great movie (though I still prefer the original animated movie). Looks great and the digital copy is great for traveling.

I don’t own many 4K discs but after reading a review on the presentation quality of Lion King 4K I purchased it and was wowed by the overall life-like beauty. A must buy!

Wonderful movie for both kids and adults. Always been one of my favorites and the live action version of this classic is a wonderful addition to anyone's DVD collection.

Disney did not disappoint with the Lion King, it is amazing to think there are NO real animals in the movie it is all digital. Love this adaptation of this classic movie
