I gave this to the grandkids for Christmas. They love this movie. It's really cool to see the real animals come to life.

After watching the animated original movie it was a no brainer to get the CGI version. Kids and adults love it!

Although I only buy action and syfi movies I took a chance on this one because it involved only animals. I am glad. The animals looked real. They followed the theme of the original one. Enjoyed this better.

I love the Lion King! My eldest daughter was 3 when it first came out and used to watch it almost every day.

Not sure why Disney is making most of their collection into live action/cgi. It’s not like they are going to lose the rights to them if they don’t make a new one every one so often. Are they out of new ideas?

I ordered this movie when Best Buy had the amazing deal on Disney 4k steelbooks. I wanted to get it for the image quality and it did not disappoint. Definitely worth a purchase if you can get it on a sale

A new refreshed version of the classic animated version. Great for family night. It brings out the kid in all of us

The kids really enjoyed it. Not sure what I was expecting, being a fan of the original. I still enjoy the animated one better, but this was a great way to pass the evening and the picture quality was amazing.

Movie is just like the original. The 4k transfer is amazing. I think the movie was all CG but man it looked so lifelike. If you have a 4k TV and 4k player, this is definitely a demo disc to show off.

Haven't watched it yet (waiting on 4K player for the new TV), but hopefully it'll be at least as good as the original.

Lion king is a classic. Our family loves it. Picture and sound is great. Classic songs.
