    The Animated Lion King is already perfect. You can improve upon it even with all this CG.

    This is a fantastic looking film. Unfortunately that is the only thing it has going for it. The animals look realistic but show no emotion. So ultimately you don't care about the characters even if they are voiced well and the new songs are fine. Just stick to the animated one for a fun movie.
