Best Buy is one of the few places that still carry blu-ray’s and DVD’s. It’s nice to have that luxury to go and purchase something and not just rely on internet to do it for me. Thanks Best Buy!

I was very Impressed with the quality of this Movie! I could not imagine a movie where the main characters were animals that were talking but Disney did an amazing job with the special effects!

Watching this movie was like stepping into a time machine and going back to when the original came out. The effects used to recreate The Lion King were fantastic. They kept to the original story quite well, with a few exceptions. I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone who enjoyed the original.

This is actually a very good Disney movie....... Even though it's so sugary sweet that you would have to go to the dentist author the doctor to make sure you don't have cavities or you're not coming down with Diabetes fun for the whole family just as long as you understand that this is a Disney movie.

Our visit to Best Buy completed our holiday/birthday shopping. Our grandson's birthday is Dec. 25th,, and sometimes it gets overlooked in the other buying frenzy time. Best Buy came thru.

Say what you want about the movie itself but wow does this disc look incredible! Honestly I’m blown away by how good the PQ is on the 4k Lion King disc! Buy this now if you have 4k disc player!

While some critics are harping on the Disney remakes, I love them. Whether you need a break from TV drama or want to spend an evening with family, you can't go wrong with the circle of life.

I suspect the quality you get depends on your equipment. I had to change my LG 4k player to 2160. In auto mode the disc would frequently freeze. The disc is clean, as is the player. Make sure your hdmi cable is the latest(1.4)? When it plays, the quality is amazing, even on my low end LG 43" 4k tv.

The movie has some real life lessons to be learned at all age levels in the family from love, trust, betrayal, joy, sadness, and happiness. The songs are great, animation/animals are great.

The 2019 remake of The Lion King is excellent. The 4k blueray dvd has an outstanding picture and graphics. I have watched it twice already. Definitely one of my best movie buys of all time!

I've loved this movie since the original! We saw this in the movies and couldn't wait to own a copy in our home. This looks and sounds amazing on our 4k TV and soundbar system. A must buy!

Although I admit that it hollows out a lot of what made the original great, this is a disc you’ll wanna put in to show off what your AV system can do, especially the Circle of Life scene

A classic Disney film, remade and released in a beautiful steelbook! The classic songs you remember, an incredible cast, and a heartfelt story make Lion King a cant-miss, must-have movie!

Very high technology movie, make you feel like that animals are like humans following the original idea in the first movie, high and very advanced computerized with animal real movements

I thought they did a great job converting this to a live action. I know some people didn't like voice choices of Nala and Simba but I thought it was fine. Almost just like the cartoon!

This is one great classic movie from Disney and the remake to this new format makes you feel that you are experiencing these characters come alive. A must own and a great Christmas gift!

This was a gift to my grandchild because they love the first one but they are fascinated with this new edition. The delivery was very fast and the whole family had a blast movie night.

Steelbook looks awesome great pictures. Great movie to have if your a film enthusiast and avid Disney fan. The 4K quality is amazing. The CGI work is amazing. The animals look realistic

This movie is great. I was surprised at how great the animals looked and how vivid the details are. This version is a fun and vivid remix if you want to try a new twist on the story.

I've always love the original Lion King, but this new version is amazing. While true to the story, the update graphics and music are both amazing. Highly recommended. Thanks Disney.
