Beautiful cinematography! Fun for younger ages. I would recommend this DVD.

Awesome vision if you loved the original animated movie from in the day!!! James Earl Jones returning made this film worth it even more!!! You'll definitely enjoy this one

A fun remake of the original cartoon, with a few new songs and adaptations to the story. I loved that James Earl Jones returned at Mufasa, but missed Jeremy Irons and his adaptation - especially of the song "Be Prepared." Somewhat darker than the original, so a little harder for my littles to watch.

I love the metal case for a 4K Bluray which I really was looking for, having just purchased a 4K bluray player recently. The case is very classy looking and makes it a collector's item.

Looked very cool and stayed pretty true to the original. They were some differences that made it more current and a fun change from the original without compromising the classic.

This movie is almost exactly like the cartoon classic. And just like the cartoon, pumba and timon take the cake. Definitely a must watch and must own! Steelbook is awesome art of simbas mark.

In my opinion, the movie was not all that great but picture quality in 4k was pretty breath taking considering it was all made jn CGI. Also bought it because of the Steelbook art.

Loved the movie in theaters and the UHD release nearly duplicated that beautiful presentation. Colors are vibrant and detail is near perfection, at least on my setup. Highly recommended.

The CGI in this movie is absolutely astounding. This is what video nerds call "reference quality," meaning this is one of those 4k blu rays that you pop in to show off to your friends.

We finally got to watch "The Lion King" and loved seeing the real-life animals going through life. Sad, like the original, but worth watching. Glad to have purchased this movie.

Retelling the story for a new and old audience is fine. The new players and the realistic animation make for entertaining action. The sound track and music are always a welcome feature.

At first I thought that the movie looked like a nature movie, but it all works out incredibly well. The scenery is amazing and the animals are beautiful. I really enjoyed this movie.

I thought the live action remake of an animated classic was going to pale in comparison and be cheesy, but they did an amazing job. Highly recommended for the whole family.

The voice cast is absolutely brilliant, the lion king is brought to life like never before. It’s an award winning cast that gives a phenomenal performance.

Another movie for my grandsons. Took my 7 year old to the theater and he loved this movie so had to buy him the movie. My 2 1/2 yr old grandson love this movie to. So did I.

It looks absolutely stunning in 4k to the point of looking like a documentary but man they really changed my favorite Lion King song. The steelbook itself is fine. Could've been better.
