This was a good live action version of the Lion King! It does stay true to the original animated classic. However, comparing this to the Jungle Book; Jungle Book was definitely better. They took more risks with things than the Lion King. It was great to see James Earl Jones return as Mufasa.

This Live action version had some huge shoes to fill. No one expected it to be as good as the cartoon, but I think it did well. It just lacks the emotion & enthusiasm from the original. They didn't exactly improve upon the original but they didn't screw it up either. SO i'm happy with it!

I love The Lion King movie. It is perfect for the real lions in this movie. One part of the scene in this movie, I was hoping to see Mufasa up the cloud as like we already saw the Disney Animation (it is still the best, "Remember who you are", but in this real movie just Mufasa's voice. :(

I grew up watching the Lion King movies, and now watching this bring so much memories, great job to the producer for everything he has done in this movie, it came out pretty amazing.

I enjoyed watching it with my kids who have also seen the original. They enjoyed this one so much that they asked to buy it after seeing it in theaters. The only reason for 4 stars is because the original was so great that it gets 5 stars and I can’t say this is on the exact same level.

I love this movie and its make happy when I see a good story that touches my heart. I recommend this movie to anyone that want to get started in the awesome Disney Cinema Universe.

Another great job by Disney! A lot of the movie was exactly the same but with subtle changes here and there. Instant classic! If you loved the original then you will love this also.

This is a must see for anyone! The animation is so incredibly realistic, at times it feels like you are watching real animals. Timón and Pumba are priceless. A definite keeper movie

I really been a Lion King fan for a long time, now I have me a copy and will enjoy

The movie was good. Was close to the original. Steel case 4k of course is the way to always go in my opinion. Some of the characters voices threw me off a bit, but got use to it.

I really liked this movie and thought it followed the original. Saw it in the drive in so it was a bit loud at times around us to hear, but still had to buy it for my collection.

It's amazing what they can do in animation today. Watching this movie is almost like watching live action. Great remake of the original with great effects. Grandkids loved it!

Definently recommend this movie. A great remake!! My daughter likes the movie and comes with the digital copy you can download it to the tablet and watch the movie on the go!!!!

I took my 4 year old Son to see this reboot. Great live action take on Lion King. The Steelbook I'd amazing. I'm happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this purchase

Okay the new reimagining of the Lion King gets a beat down but I actually liked it. The music wasn't nearly as good but the characters looked amazing. Timon and Pumba were awesome. The hyenas were not nearly as good. The bluray looks fantastic. I'm glad I added it to my collection

This movie was as expected. What you loved about the original cartoon version, you’ll love about this one. There were some slight changes; however, it was nothing too drastic.

I love this movie. It has been done so perfectly for all the family. It has the message of family values and show how the real world is all the bad and good in our daily lives.
