I love this movie and so does my best friend! I bought this as a surprise for her b/c it is one of her favorite movies and she does not currently own it. I placed my order w/ Best Buy because they had the best price and I received the order quicker than expected. Excellent service!

The Little Mermaid is awesome. I loved it as a kid, and I probably love it even more as an adult. My boyfriend was annoyed when I asked him to watch it with me, but he was completely engrossed in it within the first five minutes. This is definitely a movie for people of all ages.

Really glad to have this on Blu-Ray for the durability of blu-ray discs. They last longer and don't scratch as easily as DVDs. But since this movie is so old and since it is animated the video quality is not greatly improved over a DVD copy, which is disappointing.

I love this movie, I've watched this movie since I was a child and when it came out on Blu-ray I had to have it. The Blu-ray disc really brings the movie to a whole new vision and anyone with a Disney lover or even a small child should buy this, I guarantee they will enjoy it.

I am been collecting releases of Little Mermaid for some time, and I am so happy that my local Best Buy store has this 3D version ready in stock. I have been holding it and I love this 3D effect - making this movie even better than the original releases.

I bought this because it was one of my daughters favorites when she was small. I guess a memory keepsake but the colors are so much brighter on the Blu- Ray. I am replacing all of my Disney movies that were on VHS with Blu-Ray DVD's since the VHS looks distorted on HD TVs.

My daughter loves Ariel and now she can watch her favorite mermaid/Disney princess anytime! Well not anytime but now we have the bluray/dvd combo and everone's delighted! This truly is a beautiful movie and the music makes it a fun one! A great underwater adventure!

A Disney movie remastered. Buying to increase the number of child friendly movies I have. Most disney movies are no brainers for the collection

We are trying to replace all of our Disney movies that we had on VHS with new ones on DVD or Blu-ray. I saw this on sale on Blu-ray and decided to pick it up. It is one of my wife and kid's favorite Disney movies and they were very happy to have it on Blu-ray.

Wonderful piece of your Disney collection. As usual a lot of lessons learned to whole family on this portrait of father/daughter relationship. All details, including music, graphics, are fascinating. Also, a good recommendation to watch with your family.

I bought this because my daughter wanted to have movies that she could install on her Ipad through the Disney Anywhere App. This movie allowed us to do that. It also came with both blue ray and DVD which is great to have a copy in the house and in the car.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves the movie. I don't mind watching it now that is in 1080p versus the old VHS quality. The movie comes with a DVD and BluRay copy. I'm sure we'll use the DVD for road trips when we don't have a BluRay player available.

I love this movie and it sounds great with the atmos track and the hdr really brings this once dull looking movie to life.

My 4 year old little girl saw it for the first time and loved it! What's new to this movie that's different from the other Disney movies we have is that when the movie is paused; Sebastian comes on and does an intermission with songs and clips from the movie!

Every Saturday, we have family movie night. My daughter loves the Disney Princesses and I had been wanting to show her the older Disney movies as I think they are better than many movies coming out today. The whole family loved the movie.

Regardless of the edited part, this Disney classic will be forever remembered for its creative animation done at the studios, and of course the amazing songs that every Disney fan will sing along to.

It's hard to believe that this movie is already over 25 years old. One of the most memorable and classic films from Disney's Renaissance, The Little Mermaid still holds up watching as an adult. I'm really happy to have it added to my collection.

A must own movie for every family. This movie was one of the movies that paved the way for a resurgence for Disney in the 90s. It has a great story line that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

I bought this show for my daughter and she loves it! I still laugh even though I've seen it a thousand times. I also bought this in bluray format, but doubt highly that if looks any different in DVD format. I'm just glad to share with my children.
