I have three girls and they love the story plot and the action in the movie, but my boys could care less for this kind of movie. I love this movie when I first saw it in theaters and still enjoy it at this time.

The classic tale of good and bad and love. The Little Mermaid has so many wonderful songs that you can't forget. I'm slowly upgrading all of my DVDs to bluray and picked this up to complete the Little Mermaid collection.

O have loved this movie for years, but then I found out that it was coming out on blu-ray...w/ a lunchbox I had to buy it. I'm keeping everything intact because I already have the movie. But just love the movie, now the lunchbox.

Started a Disney collection for my 18 month old daughter. I remember watching the movie on vhs with my sister when we were kids and the quality now on br is amazing and my daughter is getting a whole new experience.

Disney Classic, nice to have on BluRay. Bought it so that the kids can enjoy the great videos we watched when we were their ages.

I wanted to get this for my daughter before Disney locked it back in the vault. Very happy with the flexibility of this version. She can watch the DVD in the car, the Blu-Ray at home, and the digital copy anywhere.

Great movie! This was a purchase for an older kid that gave them great memories when they were young. Even better than before, now that it is on Blu-Ray. I only wish it came with the digital copy too.

This DVD had the great quality expected from a Disney DVD. It also includes a digital copy of the movie. This could come in handy in case of scratches on the DVD since it is likely for it to be handled by children!

So happy I purchased this DVD! It was always one of my favorite Disney movies growing up and it was just as good to watch it all these years later but in much better quality! Amazing how clear the picture comes in!

Glad they released this classic that began the disney renaissance of the 90s. Great updated visuals and takes me way back to childhood.

This movie's upgrade isn't the best quality because of 1) Muddy color palette and 2) An editing flaw found in the "Part of Your World" song. At one point, Disney was offering a disc replacement program for the 2D disc but it has probably run its course. You might be lucky enough to get one of these copies with the "new" disc. Some pros are the sound, the extras and the beautiful slipcover. Still a great upgrade but not the definitive version it should have been.

Being a Disney fan, I had to have this movie. I also like having the option of the Blu-ray/Digital. It's a plus. Very happy.

Everyone knows how classic this film is, and even though I owned it in multiple releases, I had to get it in 4K for my newborn daughter.

Of course any collection of kids movies, particularly if you love Disney, must include The Little Mermaid. Now that it's finally on blu-ray, of course I had to have it. The story is all there--now it just looks better.

This was purchased for my grand daughters to watch but in reality it was for me. I love disney movies and needed a copy for blue ray.

I love this movie and am so glad to see it on a blu-ray disc! The picture was fantastic and sound quality was great! My only complain would be the extra voicing they do when you pause it. Other than that, it's great!

My kids love this movie. The dual format is nice we use the DVD for the car and the blu Ray for the house. As always Disney is a bit pricey but it's worth it for a movie that kids put on rotation.

This is by far one my favorite movies of all time and the steelbook is just as great. I’m glad I was able to get my hands on this one.

One of the classic disney movies of time. The one to sing along with, hope and dream with. A great retelling with a distinct broadway vibe coming through and a uplifting ending where we all learn to come together!

The movie that started the new "Golden Age" of Disney animation. Without a big name voice star, this movie is still as entertaining and moving today as it was over twenty years ago. A Disney classic.
