This movie absolutely floored me with its originality, darkness and humor. The unique conceit of recently single people having 45 days to find a new partner before being turned into the animal of your choosing is absolutely ridiculous, but compelling and believable within the context of the story. A great parable about what it means to be part of a couple and what it means to be single in our society, it is a movie not to be missed.

Beautifully shot and wonderfully unconventional look at what it means to be single in society, definitely worth the price and more.

The Lobster is a very interesting and funny movie. The bluray has some okay features, but the movie itself is enjoyable enough.

This movie is weird but good. The story is intriguing and the actors are amazing. Definitely worth watching.

If your into an extremely original love story with a touch of violence/ dark comedy...this is it!

The story is simple, yet interesting. The actors do a convincing job. It also has suspenseful moments that push this film foward in a positive way, but the comedy won't be all that great as the trailer and bluray case promotes.. it will be only a one time watch unfortunately, something I would rather have rented than bought.

I liked this movie. The actors cast in the movie are some of my favorites.

I was prepared for a quirky movie, but the humor is SO dry that it was hard to swallow at times. I would have preferred a little more "Wes Anderson" and a little less oh-so-british arthouse. Still, it was a very creative idea, well acted, and definitely had its funny moments.

movie looks good, i have actually got around to watching, stay tuned
