We've always been a huge fan of the movie, and are pleased to upgrade to the blu-ray version. The extended edition has a lot of extras, but does seem to slow the story down.

This pack has a lot of amazing extras included. My son has started watching them and absolutely loves all the extras! Well worth the money spent on them.

This is a tremendous artistic achievement from Peter Jackson. The films still hold up despite being twenty years old now. Great fantasy stories to share with new fans.

the lord of the rings boxset is an amazing gift to give. It has all the movies in one set and also has extended scenes and commentary. The price was very reasonable for the amount of movies you receive.

I love these movies and got an outrageous deal on them. Like $40 for over 10 hours of movies. Definitely worth the price and the box is a great shelf piece.

Got it when it was on sale. I started watching it on DVD but saw it on sale so I picked it up. Blu-ray quality was really good for the age of the movie. My family enjoyed watching the trilogy.

The lord of the rings extended blue ray version is great for the price cause it's all 3 movies in extended versions with all the bonus features

The theatrical release of the Lord of the Rings has been one of my favourite series of films, but with the extended version of them, you get more of Peter Jackson's vision of what Middle Earth is.

I was really surpirsed to see there were so many scenes left out of the theatrical versions and to such a major extent. There are some very important parts that are integral to the movie. You are going to want to see them if you havent

The Lord of the Rings Trilogy is simply the best on so many levels. The best adaptation of a written work. The best cinematography. The best special effects. The best acting. The best soundtrack. It scores perfect in all categories.

It is a awesome golden box with a cool map of the world on the inside of it. I have never seen Lord Of The Rings before and having this just made my first experience the best it could have been.

This was a great movie and we still love to watch it. The extended edition was great and I would recommend this movie. The books were great and the show holds true to the books, which was great.

A trilogy to be reckoned with. All 3 are an adventure alone. Incredible visuals, story, action. All 3 have won multiple Oscars. One of the best trilogies out there.

Packaging could've been better like steel book or something but this is going to my collection, haven't watch it yet I will someday watch the extended version in a quiet environment without distractions.
