I love the Lord Of The RIngs and to get it for half off was AMAZING! The picture quality and sound on Blu Ray is INCREDIBLE...I highly recommend this over the DVD version

Does this really need a review so many years after it came out? The image and sound are top-notch, as to be expected from these folks and the bonus content is awesome!

I am a huge fan of the LOTR movies and this collection is life! Any one that loves these movies like I do should definitely have this in their collection.

One of my favorite trilogies. Been wanting it for a long time, glad I have it! Loved the original sets for the extended editions, but I'd rather have them on bluray

A must own for all LOR fans. The EXTENDED version has everything. Really. I'm surprised they didn't include conversations with Tolkien himself. You get the point. Now buy it!

I finally upgraded my Extended Edition LOTR to Blurays, and I could not be happier with them. The set is compact, which makes my shelves happier than the bulky DVD set.

I purchased this as a gift for my husband. I have no intentions of watching it with him, but he was excited ;) The price at Best Buy was half the price of competitors.
