The movie series was obviously a labor of. Love and the movies reflect that. Very well done , very entertaining, extended versions are the ones to see. Just watch and enjoy!

If you have little to no free time I do NOT recommend you purchase this set as there are tons and tons of hours of extras and both versions of the films in this set.

Got this Black Friday for $54 ;) This Extended Edition of LOTR has seemingly endless amounts of extra footage/bonus features for any die hard fan to pore over.

This is an excellent set- great quality and lots of bonus content to keep any LOTR fan happy for days.

The video quality is great, complementing an already great series of movies. The extended versions of these movies really adds some depth to the stories.
