This is , and will always be, the best adaptation of this story. There will never be anything better than Theodin riding down that horse line, tapping everyone's spear and screaming Ride Now, Ride Now. Incredible.

We all know how great these movies: The Lord of the Rings are So, let me address the 4K version Fantastic - there are movies that need to watched in the 4K format. the scenery is clear and bright - outstanding, worth the extra. Also, in the package you get the theatrical as well as the extended versions of all three movies

If you want the theatrical and extended editions all in one place, there’s no better set to get. If you’re a sucker for collector’s editions, this is a great one to get even if you don’t have a 4K player since it comes with digital copied for all theatrical and extended editions.

Wow! Seeing this in 4K on a 77" OLED TV is like seeing it for the 1st time. 4K here is outstanding which is not true for many older movies that were rushedcto 4k. This one is well worth it. I Was able to get a great price match too. Time to sell my standard bluray set.

Overall I think TLOTR is the greatest trilogy of all time. This 4k edition looks great, even though I have one of the earlier 4k tvs that does not have HDR, it still looks great, better than the blu-ray version which I also owned before.

The Lord of the Rings Trilogy directed by Peter Jackson on 4K UHD, finally a movie trilogy worth owning on 4K Blu Ray. It’s amazing, thrilling, epic, and loud, which is what I want to watch in my films whenever given the right time. I highly recommend it for fans and movie lovers in general.

Great movies with great quality. I already had lord of the rings on blu ray but since Ive got my new ps5 and man cave Ive been replacing with 4k movies. Definitely a great decision and makes a difference in watching

Good price and packaging. As advertised Delivered on time with good protective packaging. Will allow to view on 4k TV and get full video quality and sound. Waiting to upgrade other movie series to 4k.

Amazing sound amazing picture. This is a must own. It’s weird though the hobbit 4k trilogy was one disc per movie and the lotr is on 2 disc per movie. I was a little disappointed to see that but not enough to take away a star as they did an excellent job with the transfers to 4k Dolby vision and atmos sound.

The movies are great. The 4k looks amazing. It’s truly like watching them for the first time again. Only complaint is the packaging doesn’t hold all of the Blu-ray’s very securely. Every time I open it at least 1 of the discs are loose.

I just got this a few days ago, and it's just amazing the picture and the sound, this movies on 4K just blowing me away, now I going to watch it on Christmas, it took a while to get it, because of what's happening, buy Best buy got me inform; every step. Thanks Best buy, I recommend to anyone, this movies..

I have oened the extended version on dvd, blu ray and now 4k. This is well worth the upgrade! A lot of care and attention have went into improving the image quality. Hdr works well but the Atmos will blow you away. Sadly the hours and hours of special features, commentary tracks and making of are absent so falls short of perfect. Outstannding value non the less

This is amazing and excellent in 4K with the extended version the story is brought to light in a way that has to be seen in a beautiful experience to behold by everyone!! The shire never looked better and the music and storyline is beautiful to say the least!!

Without a doubt the BEST quality I've ever seen of this trilogy! How can you not be in heaven if you are a LOTR fan like me, you get both theatrical and extended prints with tons of extras. The 4K UHD picture and sound are astounding. Highly recommended!

Stunning in 4K Ultra HD, surround sound. Extended version offered some interesting footage. Just be prepared to sit for an extended time as well! Definitely worth the money for these DVD’s.

I watched the 4k extended versions of these movies soon after buying this set. They all look nearly perfect, better than most newer movies. This set is a big improvement over the Blu-ray versions of these movies.

Bought this box set for our son for Christmas. He was very specific about what he wanted & thankfully you had it. He will be so thrilled when he see’s it.

What is there to say about Lord of the Rings that hasn't been said already? This trilogy remastered in 4K is absolutely a sight to behold, along with Dolby Atmos, making the triumphant music sound incredible. This is one trilogy that should be in everyone's collection; however, my copy of the Blu-rays had some slight skipping on the Two Towers and Return of the King extended editions. The movies all finished fine though.

Wow!! Jut WOW!! This is the reason why I have invested into 77" LG OLED C9 TV, Dolby Atmos home theater & Panasonic DP-UB820 4K UHD Bluray player. This is a top of the line Dolby Vision & Dolby Atmos transfer simply amazing!!!

Such a great franchise! Watching these in 4K is like experiencing them for the first time. I’ve owned these on DVD and Blu ray and this is by far the best picture and sound quality for these movies. Demo worthy picture and sound!
