This could have been an easy remake, but instead it rises above and becomes a great film all its own.

While this movie doesn't strive for believability or realism, it is entertaining and should be watched for fans of the ensemble cast or western fans.

I loved this movie but, anything with Denzel Washington in it automatically gets 5 stars from me. Yeah, I'm biased!

I'll start off by saying that I am a huge fan of the original version of this flick. I thought it was a pretty good update for today's audiences.

Most remakes are not that great but this movie is great! They picked an all star cast to carry out this story.

This movie is a good remake of a classic. Good story and well made. 4K Blu-ray has great picture and great sound. The level if detail is incredible.

great remake , wasn't sure about the cast having seen & enjoyed the original but they pulled it off & i enjoyed this movie more than the original .

I like that it was not a direct copy of the original but original on its own as I have a soft spot for the original.

Good movie got some of my favorite actors in it brings a new generation in to westerns five stars for me.
