It's tough remaking an absolute classic like the first Mag 7 but this movie knocks it out of the park! Great action with an even better cast is a must see for any Western fan!

The original movie with Yul Brenner and Steve McQueen was always one of my favorites. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out who was replacing the old cast in this newest version. The movie was good. I think I'll enjoy it more when I stop thinking about the old version.

We enjoyed the movie, but despite the excellent cast, didn't feel that it was as good as the original. I'd recommend the move, but would suggest watching the original first. The premise is basically the same, but there are enough differences to make the update interesting.

Excellent remake. Great cast. Followed the original story lines well enough but with enough variations to make it fresh. As for the 4K and HDR: Every detail was absurdly clear. You can see the horses sweat! Highly recommended.

Spoilers: this is a great western movie if you like cowboy hats, horses, and pew pew guns! If you enjoyed this movie another movie I can recommend is Brokeback Mountain. So much Tense moments and head scratching twists.

I just finished watching this tonight. My wife watched the last few minutes with me, so we'll watch the entire movie from the start. Denzel Washington played a great part, so it's definitely one to have for the collection!!!!

awesome, it was action packed and had a great storyline, good guys versus bad guys, would recommend it even if you are not really a western genre person, Chris Pratt and Denzel Washington were great, you won't be disappointed

This is another flick that I really couldn't see any improvement in the UHD vs standard bluray. The film has a natural grainy look so that may be part of it. I would stick to the bluray for this one. Very good film otherwise.

I love this remake. It's a great western with good acting, lots of action and very entertaining for the whole family. If you haven't seen this and you like westerns this a a must have to add to your movie collection.

Molyneux the movie was really good. I'm not going to lie it drag just a little bit in the beginning but not enough to bore you. Then towards less than halfway through the middle it starts to get really good you need to watch

This has got to be the best western film I've watched in a long long time. The cast was great, especially Denzel Washington and Chris Pratt. The story kept me entertained throughout the whole film. I'd give this movie an A++

Great movie with a lot of action. I bought this movie for my dad to watch and I ended up watching the movie with him. I would recommend this movie for anyone's home collection. It's a movie I would watch over and over again.

Have seen this a couple of times now and it gets better each time. There is very little cussing, no nudity and the fight scenes are well done and for a purpose. Not mindless killing for the most part. Definitely a must-see

I enjoyed this movie but not near as much as the Original which was a remake of the Seven Samurai. Which both were great movies. A fun watch if you like remakes and different stars. If you have not seen the originals I would rent them first prior to watching this one.

By purchasing & watching the movie in Blue Ray, made me really see the movie in a different perspective, than the original. I liked Denzel Washington a little better than Yul Brenner. I believe it is because of the Blue Ray.

Denzel Washington heads up the new group of the Magneficent 7. It's a very diverse group. The villains are cold blooded killers, who kill without cause. A town is held hostage, forcing the townspeople to work in gold mine. There's plenty of action in this movie.

Loved it, as usual Denzel can carry a movie. I was surprised as I am getting tired of Hollywood's inability to make something new any more. Seems if it's not a comic book they are clueless. This came out very well though.

I LIKE REMAKES AND MY DAD HATES THEM. MOST LIKELY, BECAUSE THE ORIGINALS ARE OF HIS GENERATION. IT AMAZED ME WHEN HE SAID THAT THIS MOVIE WAS EXCELLANT JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL. HE EVEN WANTS TO WATCH IT AGAIN SOMETIME.

This was a great movie that didn't disappoint. I was skeptical about seeing this out of my fondness for the 1960 classic movie of the same name, but this was a great story that paid homage to that great classic movie

Remake of original movie from 1960 with Yul Brynner and now replaced by Denzel Washimgton. The story is a little different from the original, but the overall meaning is the same. Great gunslingers help save a town from a tiranicle leader. Many scenes of shootouts.
