Have the original Magnificent Seven movie and thought this new one wouldn't touch the old one....it was great. Funny, sad, tense all the emotions rolled into one! Would highly recommend this movie.

This movie was good as it gets for a western movie. Not a Clint Eastwood good but was fun to watch. Hurry for the good guys to come and save the day movie. Go buy it for your movie collection.

Purchased the movie after reading reviews and would recommend to anyone who likes Denzel Washington and Chris Pratt. I think it is a better movie than the original with its mix of comedy and drama.

Denzel Washington has to be hands down the greatest actor ever. He creates a real life feel to every movie he makes and puts his everything into his acting. This movie was not disappointing!

This was a fun modern western movie. We are very limited today on how many westerns get made. Glad to see that it was not a waste of time or money.

We've always are fans of Westerns, but this one we liked especially. It has a great cast and lots of action. Parts of the movie did remind us of the movie, High Plains Drifter with Clint Eastwood!

Very entertaining movie. Not the same story as the original Yul Very entertaining movie. Not the same story as the original Yul Brynner movie. This one is it's own story and really good.

I enjoyed the movie. The sound on the 4K Bluray was like candy to my ears. I do have a theater with a full set up 7.2.4(7 surround/2 subs/4 height speakers). It was a decent story and good action.

Excellent. Keeps you glued to the screen throughout the entire movie. Stupendous casting and a true homage to the original and to & 7 Samurai, which is the original inspiration for the westerns.

Although, IMO, the classic American version of this Kurosawa masterpiece is better, this version of the story still builds and differentiates the cast and provides buckets of action. A great popcorn film with a fantastic cast.

I have the original & I'm skeptical on remakes. I had a $5.00 rewards coupon to use so I bought the new one. I was impressed. It was a great movie. Many fine actors were in it. It's a keeper.

AS I WATCHED THIS MOVIE I STARTED REMEMBERING THE GOOD OLD WESTERN MOVIES I SAW AS A KID. THE ACTION AND THE ACTOR'S PLAYING THE PARTS,MADE THIS A GREAT MOVIE. MORE WESTERNS LIKE THIS ONE PLEASE.

Enjoying the heck out of my small 4K movie library and this remake of a classic is a great addition. Solid acting and nice cinematography. Picked it up on sale for only $14. Highly recommend.

A remake worth watching! Finally I have found a remake of a classic that equals its predecessor. Great cast and great action. If you were a fan of the original, then I think you will enjoy this.

This new version of the Magnificent seven is an excellent action film which looks great on blu-ray. Its characters are perhaps not as developed as much as those in the original classic, but this is still an entertaining pop corn movie.

Loved this movie from beginning to end nonstop action I've only ever liked 3 western movies ever and this is one of them so if you like a great fun filled cast non stop action deff check this out

More entertaining than the first one. We bought the Blue ray so no 3d special affects. It was described though, and descriptions were very good. Very exciting especially at the end. Great plot!

Great movie, great cast! I've always loved a good western. Even though you knew, the outcome for the townspeople, would be favorable, I was still impressed with everything that led up to it.
