Very good western. Lacked character development unlike the original. Hard to beat the original cast members. Was entertaining just not up to the original.

This is an awesome movie. You'll love it whether you've seen the original or not. Everything Chris Pratt touches is excellent.

I'm not a big wild west fan but this movie was awesome. Without telling the whole movie it is your typical Robin hood movie.

The movie is a remake of "The Magnificent Seven" (1960), which is itself a Western adaptation of "Seven Samurai" (1954). The 1960 version has become legendary for its balance of story, star power, and style. The latest version delivers the same story and star power but misses the mark on style as its just not as memorable. So, if you've not seen the original(s) and are a fan of any of the stars, you'll probably really like the movie. Otherwise it will leave you a bit wanting.

Well Casted. Good Story. Beautiful scenery and cinematography. If you love Westerns and action, then you'll love this one. Great reboot, and that's rare.

This movie is one of the best movies of 2017, good balance of emotion and comedy and action. It doesn't get better then this.

The Magnificent Seven is a remake of an earlier version. The all star cast and exciting action scenes makes for a great film.

We all had a good movie night watching this REMAKE. All our veterans want to see it again in several weeks... It gets a 10.

This is how modern westerns should be molded after. Solid cast and story. Fuqua was asked to direct this and I'm glad he did.

There haven't been too many good remakes of Western movies but I have to say that I enjoyed this one just as much as the original movie. Definitely a good buy

If you like westerns you'll enjoy this movie. Denzel does a good job. Lots of action.

A grittier twist on a classic western. I thought the cast was pretty complimentary to one another. Definitely worth watching.

Better than the original. But I am a Denzel and Chris Pratt fan. Very few movies I consider a must have. This is one of them.
