Matt Damon did an excellent job in this movie. It never got boring. It had a great story line with realistic scenery. Kept me interested the whole movie.

Entertaining movie without s** or violence. Some moments of high tension that it tough on little ones. But my nine year old thought it was a great movie.

THE MARTIAN is a well written character driven movie about one man's determination and ingenuity to stay alive and survive in a harsh alien enviornment.

The movie is outstanding, but the additional features and cut scenes put this blu ray over the top. Well crafted and thoroughly entertaining all around.

Literally a phenomenon. Looks amazing. Looked so great that even if you didn't enjoy how they butchered the book, you can at least enjoy the visuals.

I have the blue ray disk and got the 4k just to compare the quality, 4k looks great. I also liked the extra scenes included in the disk.

Just recently purchased the SONY ES1000 4K player. I was highly impressed watching this disc on the unit. The colors and sound were awesome!
